- Synopsis
- The film is set during the 1990s when the new Government declared war on organized crime. Choi Min-Sik is playing a corrupt customs officer, who’s working closely with the local mob, but wants to find his way out without losing his job. The plot seems promising, involving police corruption, the Korean mafia and characters ready to do anything to save their asses!The film also stars actor Ha Jung-woo, the bad guy from The Chaser.
