April Tabor, Secretary of the Commission
The Office of the Secretary oversees swift and prompt processing of all matters presented to the Commission, supports the Commission decision-making process, and ensures it operates efficiently. The Office also responds to most Congressional and White House correspondence raising constituent issues.
Additionally, the Secretary serves as legal custodian of the Commission’s official record and publishes official documents to the ftc.gov website, including the Commission’s Decision Volumes.
The Office also serves as the Commission’s clerk in adjudicative proceedings under Part 3 of the FTC Rules of Practice.
