On a sail boat is to pull down the boom on or off wind points of sail, when the wind in the mainsail would lift the boom. Proper use of a boom vang helps keep the sail full and drawing good.

Boom Vang Rope System

Fiddle block system available in 4 sizes. Either as full stainless body or as an anodised aluminium body.

All blocks are fitted with Aluminium sheaves.

Rigid Boom Vang / Rod Kicker

A piston style fixed vang available in 5 different sizes to suit almost any appliction. Available with either standard or custom end fittings. From 18ft – 60ft.

Two Speed Vang System

Pull one line and it is a 6 to 1 system (fine tune) ,pull two lines and it is a 3 to 1 system (gross tune)
