Classic Cuvée (2016)
Our premium Classic Cuvée is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier and has been made in the traditional method and aged for 24 months on the yeast lees. This wine is well balanced on the palate with notes of strawberries and cream, a hint of brioche and a long, refined finish.
