Author Lindsey Smith is a Certified Health Coach, who conveys to her reader in a light-hearted, yet direct approach the connection to foods and our moods. I know that many of you who are struggling with weight loss are probably thinking, “Oh, one more book to read that is going to say the same old thing about losing weight…”
