Emperor Daryus (H) of Pandrax never expected to fall for a human, but when Heather (h) is sent to the alien world of Pandrax from Earth, everything changes. Heather is thrust into a society where she’s paraded before alien suitors in a search to find her fated mate. Despite his initial reluctance to fall for a human, Daryus finds himself drawn to Heather's calming presence. As political turmoil with the Cryons threatens the stability of the empire, Heather and Daryus must navigate their growing connection and she becomes a key player in Daryus's fight to protect his empire. When she is kidnapped by the Cryons, Daryus risks everything to save her, realizing she is his true mate. Together, they face political betrayals, looming war, and personal sacrifices, reshaping the future of their worlds. Hot and steamy alien-human fated mates romance with lots of intrigue, action, adventure, and challenges.

I really enjoyed this series with this one probably being my favorite. I loved our FMC and honestly I related to her anxiety and worries. Our MMC was really interesting. I love the trope of one thing being able to calm someone so I really liked that dynamic. My only issue is I felt like the major conflict of her disappearing was slightly rushed. I didn't fully understand parts of it like why didn't they kill her or even hurt her? Besides all that I really enjoyed it and I'm glad the humans are now safe.

These Pandraxians are something else! I thought Garth was something, but Daryus really gets into your head. He's got that Alpha, bad boy but good ruler thing going for him. I love how Heather evolves as the story goes on. Definitely a great addition to the series!

Gleeful Goblin Review: This book was such a fun time and I'm so glad to have had an opportunity to read each installment so far. This book reminded me a lot of Beauty and the Beast in that the Emperor is pretty used to getting his way, is known for fits of temper, and for the most part is allowed to do whatever he pleases no matter how it impacts others. Our FMC Heather has a lot of Belle style qualities in that she provides polite but firm reality checks, brings up points that the Emperor hadn't considered or had voiced to him before, and in general his interactions with Heather make him a better and more considerate version of himself. A great example of their dynamic is this scene from their first more in depth interaction in a beautiful palace garden: “Do you come here often?” I asked, since she didn’t seem to want to start a conversation or talk to me or, I allowed, perhaps my presence unnerved her. I was the emperor after all. “Sometimes,” she replied in a more melodious voice than I remembered from last night. “It’s not forbidden, is it?” She looked around nervously. I shook my head. “Nocc, this place is for all my subjects to enjoy.” She flinched slightly as if she disagreed, but didn’t respond. “You disagree?” I asked amused. “Well… if by subjects you mean the people who live in the palace, then your statement is correct. But I don’t think all your subjects are allowed in the palace.” That did give me pause. I didn’t know where her assumption came from, but she was right. “You have a point. I need to give that some thought.” I nodded. “I didn’t mean—” I waved her off. “Nocc, by all means, you were right pointing this out and I will consider it. You make a valid point, this place should be open to everyone to enjoy.”

It was really lovely seeing the dynamic between these two blossom alongside intergalactic politics and intrigue. If you're looking for a book and series that balances romance with sci-fi political intrigue this is a phenomenal series for you. 5/5 Stars.

3.75 stars. Daryus, the male alien emperor lead, feels frustrated by the mess his empire is disintegrating into, as his best friends and two next most powerful people in his empire have found fated mates in a species conquered (and partially destroyed) by their enemies. He’s desperately trying to find a resolution that will allow him to save the aliens his people need without causing cataclysmic changes. Then he finds Heather, the female human diplomacy-trained lead, hiding in his rooms. He’s intrigued by her but knows that it can’t go anywhere…

Heather knows that she should feel grateful to be saved from the disaster that Earth has become but her host makes her feel like she’s not grateful enough. When she accidentally meets the emperor, she’s surprised but she’s also not willing to hide who she is.

But Daryus has many enemies and Heather makes a convenient target…

This story is dual POV, well written, and an interesting, detailed finale to this sci fi romance series. I appreciated Heather’s calmness in the face of many challenges and enjoyed her willingness to be brutally honest with Daryus, regardless of the power imbalance, and to offer him genuine solutions that accounted for the political situation they were in. I enjoyed Daryus’ political canniness and his cleverness in dealing with things he didn’t like for maximum impact later. I enjoyed the intimate scenes. I enjoyed the world building and the set up for maximum change. I enjoyed the way antagonists were dealt with. I enjoyed the cameos from characters in the earlier stories. I really enjoyed the series ending.

🔸️ I have enjoyed the MMC's POV.
The insight of what is going in his mind has good depth. He is under huge pressure and longing for some peaceful moments.
He is well aware of his hot temper and it was fascinating to read how his emotions are raising and failing.
I loved the way how he sees Heather, there is some unique softness in it.
🔸️ Heather is a smart, perceptive and educated woman. She struggles in her new predicament. Meeting Daryus ignites sparks in her life.
Her descriptions of him are rich in details and fuelled my imagination.😉
🔸️ As usual in Bella Blair stories, the FMC is put through some tormenting situations and it's greatly connected to the political plot, which itself is well constructed.
🔸️The pair has good chemistry on physical level and great connection on intelectual level.❤️ There is a decent builing up in their romance. I liked how they were getting to know each other, there were some adorable moments there.
🔸️ The spice is good. On the one side there is tenderness, on the other sidr a well executed primal chase scene.
🔸️ The world building is interesting, full of descriptions of alien's planet and their way of living.
🔸️ Overall, entertaining, sci-fi romance, with well developed MCs. Fun and smooth to read.
I haven't read previous 2 books, but had no problem with following the plot in this story.

Funny how your view on something can change when you the one one in the situation which is basically what happens when Daryus meets human Heather. He has heard of the mekarry bond, now that it has come back into existence and yet he doesn't quite fully understand it. You can feel without doubt that he has a good heart but he also has the weight of his people on his shoulders. He doesn't get to be just a male, just himself and yet Heather can do that for him, without even trying. She gives him a space to breathe which he never knew he needed. As for Heather, while she is grateful to have been rescued, any choice she ever had was stripped from her. She is paraded about like some pedigree pet by her chaperone (in truth you could almost swap that description for owner), looking to snare an equally sought after connection, a mekarry bond. Heather is kind and has a good sense of self but she also recognises that there are limits to her life now.

Seeing the two grow to undestand one another and realise that there is a huge grey area that also needs to be considered, things cannot be so black and white no matter how much it might be wished. Their own personalities shine through and I really enjoyed it. Action, romance, banter and seeing it all come together makes for a fantastic read.

This was a fantastic book and I loved all the characters old and new as the Emperor Daryus find his Mekarry in Heather and this is there story. Heather is rescued from Earth and is sent to Pandrax to find a Pandaxuan male as her Mekarry but when she meets the Guardian Lady Natoi who is to help her and when she is paraded in front of all the males who are searching for there mates makes her feel cheap but it soon turns nasty after the Emperor shows an interest in her which makes Lady Natoi furious. Emperor Daryus isn’t looking for his Mekarry in a human females as his friends have found because he doesn’t believe the Counsel will except a human female as there Queen but when he meets Heather everything changes and he wants to get to know her better but then she is gone and he learns she has been kidnapped he is furious that someone would touch his Mekarry and yes he knows now that she is the one for him and will tear apart the whole universe to find her and then he learns it was his trusted adviser who took he needs to find his mate enforce it’s to late. Does he find Heather in time and do they get there HEA or not, for the answers and so much more get this book.

This alien romance book features the alien emperor falling in love with the human heroine after his two closest friends had found their own happy endings. The hero had sworn not to find a human mekarry, but fate has other plans for him. The heroine first met the hero in a nonconventional way, and she goes through a lot in this book while the hero struggled to accept that he has a mekarry to complete him. It takes a drastic change to their relationship for the hero to find a solution to reach his happy ending with the heroine.

This was a nice way to end the PANDRAXIANS trilogy. It was satisfying to read about the hero finding his own mekarry, and the heroine is a likable character that I was rooting for throughout the book. There is one detail that is related to the hero that brought my reading enjoyment down a bit. But I did like the cameo appearances of some characters from the previous books in the series. Overall, I enjoyed reading this Bella Blair book and I look forward to reading more works from the author in the future.

Conquering the Alien Emperor

Having seen this MMC in the last two books, it was really nice to get to know him through his point of view. I liked that even though he throws temper tantrums, it turns out he doesn't have much say in the matter of his rage. It's not that he's spoiled and has no control - he reminded me more of stories of berserkers. I found myself envious that he had someone who could calm him down just by touching him.

The MFC is refreshingly honest with him and approaches him as a person, not just an emperor, which allows him to be honest too. Their first date is cute,

“I’m nervous,” I replied, deciding to be honest.

“Because of me?” He raised an eyebrow.

“Yes,” I admitted, returning his gaze.

“Good.” He nodded with a self-satisfied, arrogant grin.

“Good?”

“I’m nervous too,” he confessed, surprising me.

I wanted their spicy scenes to be a little more… intense? Detailed? Something that would have expressed the development of their relationship more. I'm not sure how else to say that.

I enjoyed the world building and the series.

This is Bella's final story in the Pandraxian series and is absolutely enthralling.

Heather has been arbitrarily placed with cold, scheming Lady Natoi and paraded around in front of many males like a prized brood mare. With no alternative she is stuck until she unwittingly comes into contact with Emporer Daryus. Then things take a sinister turn.

Daryus is willingly burdened with ruling his empire but the burning rage he carries inside is a constant battle. That is until contact with one of the human merrilies soothes it and gives him a precious moment of peace. But his position makes it a political impossibility to take a human as his empress. By the time he realises his mistake it may be too late.

Bella writes amazing stories with depth, charm and action and this series is up there with the best. From the very first page the story pulls you in with action, plot twists, betrayals, political intrigue, nefarious bad guys and sweet passion. You can't go wrong choosing a book written by this author.

This is the 3rd book in the series and the final one. I'm sad that it over but happy with the way things turned out in the back story. Heather and Daryus are the love interest in this book, but many other characters from previous books makes an appearance.
Heather is a human that was entrusted with one of the ladies of the court to help her find her mekarry bond. What no one expected was that Heather found him in Emporier Daryus. Daryus stubbornly refused to believe he found his mekarry bond in a human. Not that he didn't any problems with it other than he didn't believe his counsel would accept her. When she was kidnapped, he realizes that it didn't matter what anyone thought. The kidnapping brought about other secret being uncovered as he looks for his love. When he finds her, he vows to keep her safe and then comence to set all the wrongs that were uncovered, right.
Fantastic characters, betrayal, espionage, fated bond, spicy, action, danger, and HEA.

Conquering the Alien Emperor is the third book of the Pandraxian series by Bella Blair. While this book probably can be read as a standalone, I would say that there are a few scenes which refer to the couples of the two previous books, where having background on the events that happened on earth in this series would be beneficial.

Daryus is the titular alien emperor, he is the leader of the Pandraxian people. He popped up briefly in the first two books, where he had trouble accepting his brother and his second in command having human mates. But things have moved forward in this universe and the moment that Daryus realises that human woman Heather is his true mate, he is ready to step up to woo and fight for his mate. I enjoyed the element of danger and mystery in this book, which complimented the mating aspect of the story.

Humans have been found to be the missing fated mates or mekarries. Lady Natoli is supposed to care and help Heather find her mekarry. Lady Natoli leaves her scarf in a suite and sends Heather for it and Heather overhears things and meets the Emperor- Daryus is instantly besotted because she calms him. He has a very bad temper. Things end up in mega intrigue land and get crazy. I really enjoyed this book and am sad that everything resolved in it. *Sniffles* This series is a hot one and I found myself crying over what happened to the humans. In this book we get to see the previous couples and their interaction with the Emperor and Heather. Ironically, Heather had gone to college and learned how to be an ambassador. I didn't see half of what happened happening at all. There are a few parts that were nail biters and I kept my AC on.

Fated Mates

Plot:
Emperor Daryus of Pandrax never expected to fall for a human, but when Heather (h) is sent to the alien world of Pandrax from Earth, everything changes. Heather is thrust into a society where she’s paraded before alien suitors in a search to find her fated mate. Together, they face political betrayals, looming war, and personal sacrifices, reshaping the future of their worlds.

Thoughts:
I thought this book was pretty good. I kind of wish the women who kidnapped Carla had a better motivation for doing so other than they wanted to be queen, or they loved him too. Although, his intelligence officer should've had a better like "ah-ha! she did it" kind of thing. She was a mastermind behind the disappearances, very clever, and has all the resources to cover everything up. I wish it went more in depth on how she accomplished so much under the Emperors nose.

Safety:
Virgin/ Celebate: no
Cheating/sharing: no
Triggers: kidnapping
HEA: yes

Pandraxians rescue Heather and other humans when Earth is invaded by Cryons but is given no choice when she is taken to Pandrax and turned into a pet project by a power hungry noble. She inadvertently meets the Pandraxian emperor, Daryus. Daryus feels an immediate connection with Heather unlike any other. Daryus is a good male at heart but running an empire and a disconnect with his people definitely hinder his potential to be a better ruler. Heather feels like she is adrift with no purpose but fate has been preparing her all her life for the special bond she has with Daryus. Daryus and Heather have immediate chemistry and some good spicy moments. The story was full of twists and turns and I enjoyed the political intrigue. This was an entertaining story that can be read as a standalone but is best when read in order in the series.

"You may not be able to save every single human, but you are saving the human race.”

Being abducted by aliens has a way of changing the path of ones life, but Heather is discovering she might just be able to adapt her dreams to this world she has found herself on.

Daryus was a bigger than life presence in the background of the previous two stories, but here he steps forward and shows not just how smart he is, but how aware he struggles to be about the goings on in the world around him.

I really enjoyed how this book dance around not just the line where plausible deniability is, and why it exists, but how it can be used for good and bad. The intrigues in this story might feel like they are within the royal palace, but the political fall out could reach to other worlds, and effect other species.

Conquering the Alien Emperor is the final book of the series and ties up the storyline in a highly entertaining fashion.
Pandraxian emperor Daryus finds himself drawn to human merrilie Heather who is on Pandrax with a guardian overseeing her finding of and forming a mekarry bond with one of their males.
When Daryus and Heather accidentally meet the wheels are set into motion for a surprising and unexpected connection between them that others do not want to see flourish.
Lots of action, political intrigue, twists, danger, suspense, romance, and steam weaved into the narrative immerse the reader into a well written and engaging final read that doesn’t disappoint!.

When Daryus first meets Heather he is stunned to discover that she calms him like no other has ever done. As he spends more time with her he starts to think that she may be his Mekarry, but that will cause more problems politically than it may be worth. When Heather is kidnapped he realises just what he may be losing and discovers just what lengths some people will go to to get what they want. I loved this story. Heartwarming and full of drama and angst, I was captivated watching Heather and Daryus as they navigated their journey together. I have really enjoyed this series of books on the Padraxians and the feisty women who fate has shown to be their Mekarry.

"I want you the way you are, without all the courtly frills.”
'I swallowed and my face flushed. He wanted me? He could have said, I like you the way you are, but he didn’t. He said, I want you the way you are, making my heart flutter at the quiet distinction.'

I really enjoyed this book. Good world building. I liked both Heather and Daryus and the dynamic between them. He was a strong and smart character but with a lot of weight and pressure on his shoulders. Heather was like a balm for him and I liked that balance between them. Early on, he made her nervous, but I loved when he admitted she made him nervous, too. These two had great sizzling chemistry. The story had danger, intrigue, and action. I enjoyed it. 4 stars.

Heather was rescued from earth, and taken to Pandrox. She was appointed a sentinel guardian. The role of the sentinel guardian, is to find a mekary match for her. Lady Natoi is difficult, spiteful towards her. Her matches for Heather are unappealing, and boring aliens. Daryus is an emperor, and does not want to fall for a human female--merrily. He finds that Heather soothes him, and calms him down. Daryus is known for his temper. Heather provides the soothing he needs. Heather is kidnapped. He realizes that she is his fated mate. Daryus employs his army to find her. I enjoyed reading this story! There is a hea!.

I have enjoyed the first 2 books in this series and this was a solid 5 stars as well. Heather is a human woman saved from the evil aliens that invaded Earth and is now being shown to Heather is one of the human women saved from the evil Cryons and is now being paraded in front of the Pandaxuan males looking for their fated mate, sort of like a showhorse. She hates that she has no say in the process and is treated poorly by her female Pandaxuan host. Emporer Daryus meets Heather and is instantly attracted to her, but refuses to believe he found his human merrily. Until she is kidnapped. The book is well-paced, has great characters, is full of sizzle, steam, drama, action, and more. A great read.

Conquering the Alien Emperor, I thought this book to be suspenseful and a page-turner. After I had read the overview for the book, it caught my interest to the point where I wanted to read it to find out more. Once I was about halfway through the book, I came to realize that I was completely hooked on the plot of the book. I absolutely adored the characters, Daryus and Heather. I also found the plot of the story to be exceptionally entertaining and enjoyable. I also found the story to be very well written. I would recommend this book to other readers.

This was a very good read. I would encourage you to read the first two books to get the full story. I did like the female character she was very smart and willing to do what it took to survive. Yet at times I thought was was too lax in her attitude when things were happening. The male character was that typical ruler type. I have things set up so people are safe, educated and healthy. Yet he has no clue what is happening at times. But he does realize his own weakness and that is a plus. I did like how he went after what he wanted too. It was a very good story and keept me interested and turning the pages.

Conquering the Alien Emperor is book three of the Pandraxian Series. This was a really good read. It was lighter on the spice side but it was really in depth with the storyline. I enjoyed delving into the political intrigue associated with the Emperor and his advisors.

These two had great chemistry. I was glad he didn't overreact with a situation and knew she would never leave him. There is a bit of a miscommunication at one moment which almost gives them some trouble, but by talking things properly through everything is explained and ends well.

This series has been amazing to read. The details are consistent from book to book. The character's are tough and charming at the same time. They all remind us that humans need to have open minds and open hearts to survive into the unknown future. I was sad to see that this was the last book in the series. The danger, adventures, romance, battles and fated mates were enjoyable to read and follow. A great series from an imaginative author.

More Padraxian Goodness!!

Emperor Daryus has had two of his high-level associates find their mekarry bond with the new species human. He knows many take in human females in hopes of securing a Padraxian mekarry bond.

Heather has escaped those ravaging Earth, but she feels like a broodmare on display as her “hostess” Lady Natoi tries to match her.

Politics, danger, intrigue and life-changing bonds combine into an entertaining and romantic story.

I Although this is the last book in a series it can easily be read as a stand alone ( I in fact have not yet read the earlier books ) An alien rescue rather than the usual alien abductions A universe in crisis with a fiery tempered ruler a human rescued but bartered as a possible bride. Betrayal and treachery all around . A great read combining romance mystery and aliens all in once.

I enjoyed reading this book. It allowed me to escape from the real world for a few hours at a time when I really needed to. I have read all three books in the Pandraxian series. I didn't find the plotline to be as compelling as the first two books, but I liked main characters and it was nice to have some of the unresolved plot points tied up, even though some of them were glossed over in the epilogue.

Heather has been taken by a guardian to try and match her to her Mekarry. Everything is not as it seems and her "guardian" is not a nice lady. She accidentally meets the Emperor when sent to retrieve a scarf. Later she is abducted and forced to wear a shock collar.

Things are not as they seem and there is betrayal, jealousy, kidnapping, plotting and more. This is actually an entertaining read.
