When four gorgeous men walk off the runway and into my life, I learn it's not just the hours and lousy pay in fashion that are, um, hard. I should know better than to trust a bunch of pretty faces... The single dad, raising his baby alone. The charmer, killing me with his hot Irish accent. The rebel, giving his rich family the middle finger. The scholar, always with his nose in a book. What do these guys have in common? ME.
This hot, over-the-top romance centers around bad-boy alpha dudes with a penchant for pursuing and protecting the women who give them a run for their money. If you love outrageously naughty stories to indulge your not-so-secret bad girl side, this is for you.

These days, steamy romance, both dark and funny, gives purpose to my days and nights as I create worlds and characters who defy the imagination. I live in magical Northern California with my own handsome alpha dude, sometimes known as Mr. Mika Lane, and two devilish cats named Chuck and Murray. These three males also defy my imagination from time to time.

The heroine:Keeley - she is a junior designer, working for an important New York fashion designer. She was the one who really made their show work at New York Fashion week, working behind the scenes doing all the crap jobs to make sure things ran smoothly. She was dejected after the show when her boss Forrest gives credit for one of the main design choices on the male line to her friend and co-worker when it was her design. Her friend stole the design, took credit and her boss didn’t believe her when she tried to tell him about it. She used to love her job but suddenly was not happy to be there anymore.
The Heroes:Cross - he is a male model and a single parent of a 2-year-old son Joey. His wife died when the baby was just 2 months old. He also writes mystery novels in his spare time. Marlen - he is a male model and and the son of an NFL team owner who isn’t too happy about his son wearing makeup and walking runways for a living. Shane - he is a male model from Ireland and works at a community center for inner city youth. Rand - he is a male model and goes to city college in his free time. He was the first in his family to go to college and just loves it all.
The Story: The four male models are all attracted to Keeley when they walk in Forrest’s show and appreciate how much work she put into the show. The guys have all shared a girlfriend in the past and are interested in doing that again with Keeley. So, when Cross has to return to do a photo shoot of the line, he asks Keeley out. She is a bit wary, since he is a hunky male model that gets asked out by hot female models, though her friend Fontine tells Keeley that she should know how beautiful she is.
I liked this one and all the characters. I really liked the fact that all the guys were friends and had shared a woman in the past. It seems so unbelievable to me in the reverse harem trope when the men don’t know each other at the beginning of the book and all of them just end up ok with the fact that they are all dating the same woman, and on top of that they want to keep doing it.
This audiobook was told in multiple points of view via dual narration. It was narrated by Jillian Macie and Tristan Jame. Tristan is great at using different voices for different characters, but I have to admit that his Irish accent needs a bit of work. Jillian has a voice I really like and shows her emotions through her voice in a way that makes it so enjoyable.
Each of these guys have been through tough times. When they see Kealy for the first time they knew she was their person. Even it’s her background, she’s made something of herself, she is resilient and doesn’t let anything bring her down. She’s determined to make it in the fashion world and her 3 modeling hunks will help her succeed one way or another.
4 hot models?? Yes please!! This girl hot the jackpot when she found her 4 hot models to love her with everything in them. What more could a girl ask for? Happiness, sadness, drama and hot scenes!! This book has it all. Mika Lane never disappoints!!
I really loved all the characters in this book. It was easy to imagine meeting each of them in the real world (even Muse). I really appreciated their back stories. The steam was slow burn, but well worth the time and romance it took to get there. I'd recommend this book to anyone.
This was an excellent story. I love it when the guys in the story are already mates or a group and they either already work well together or they have a lot in common and learning to share is either their idea of the situation they prefer. I do have one issue with the story, it seems there is no answer to who she loves with. In most Reverse Harem stories they tend to move on together Everyone in the same house. But this story seems to just leave it an unanswered question... She was gonna get her own place, but the guys wanted her to move in with one of them... I would have thought a huge penthouse, or moving into one of the guy's houses. But still a good story.
The writing was pretty good, editing was done well. I gave it 3 stars because the storyline had potential and it was almost there but towards the middle and the end it just dropped off. I feel like it just needed a little more push and a bit more ironing out on the relationship aspect of the story. The sex scenes were nice, but the relationship parts felt rushed and not filled out.
Geez 5 books in her RH series and they are almost all the same. The job’s always different but the storyline is the same in each book, especially the last two books when it’s a group of 4 friends who tell you straight up they like to share 1 girlfriend, then at the end of the book the girl breaks up with them All Because she can’t choose… just to go back to them when they tell her she doesn’t have to! Cringe it’s just so bad!
Kealy is a rising fashion designer. She wants to make her mark on the industry. She has a fighting spirit and even when things go against her she still believes she can make it better. When she meets 4 male models who want to date her and share her she is unsure how to handle it. Will she date all four? I enjoyed this read
I just loved this story and I loved listening to it. I am new Mika Lane but I am very happy because this was an awesome story and I recommend it to anyone who loves reverse harem stories.
Kealy is a fashion designer who dreams of making her own name in the industry. That's how she also meets her four sexy male fashion models; Rand, Marlon, Cross and Shane, who are best friends and wanted to date her then share her too. Until a coworker goes behind her back and takes credit for her work, but they are there to help cheer her up and to support her through her dreams. The problem is that she can't choose between them nor deos she wanted to be shared among them, that's why she stay away from them, but destiny has it ways and they still created their relationship.
I like the plot and story but their relationships moved pretty fast and felt too rushed for me. Though it still has a HEA.
A much better storyline than the previous book in the series (the Gallery). I love the light banter and in this book you really get a feel of each characters' personality.
A good book with decent smut.
Comment specifically for the audiobook. There is an inconsistency with the volume of the recording throughout the book. So between chapters read by the male vs the female narrator I have to lower/ increase the volume a few steps. It gets tiring really fast. The male narrator... He really needs to practice more on consistency in accents and not sounding like a Google voice. I've listened to five books with him narrating, and I think this genre of books really doesn't suit him. A non-fiction might be a better match.
Thoroughly enjoyable book. After a rough early life, things seem to finally be looking up for Kealy. Until a coworker goes behind her back and takes credit for her work. Thankfully, four sexy male fashion models, Rand, Marlon, Cross and Shane, are there to help cheer her up and to support Kealy when her apartment is broken into and her prized possession is stolen. And they don’t have any problem all dating her at the same time, as they are best friends. The relationships moved pretty fast, and the way the book ended wasn’t on a very realistic timeline at all. But it made for a nice HEA and an fun and entertaining read.
They meet and feel a vibe and the guys go for it as they often date the same woman. She has a bunch of work drama along side exploring what they have. She was hesitant in the beginning, but soon comes around dating all 4 men. Quite spicy too. Free on KU and audible plus catalogue, but the 2 don't sync, unfortunately, so not great. But the narration was ok. The female narrator was good but she had an easier time. The male narrator didn't quite manage to do the accents well, specially the Irish one, it sounded like he sometimes forgot to do the Irish accent (very weird).
In The collection, a struggling fashion designer and hot male models come together in this hot reverse harem romance novel. Trying to find a way to make her name and company, plus balance a life with 4 new men. As with all books from Mila Lane this is another hot and sexy read.
Wow hot book. Would have loved to have known more of the story how they got on. Did they end up all living together? Just seemed the end was a little rushed. Still liked it though.
I have love each of these books in this series. The characters are all so dreamy. And loveable. There is so much sexy and always a little mystery in each one and it always works!!
This was a good quick read. There were some editing issues but I enjoyed it despite those issues. Nice story line and good to see everyone get their just-rewards.
