I was not expecting the level of feelings and emotions it brought out. I literally slammed my kindle shut and refused to read at one point. I had to calm down to go back to it. It hurt. But feelings mean that I was invested and I’ll give compliments where they are due. Rachel wrote a steller novel.
Kit is the younger sister. Ryker, her brother’s best friend, is the broken boy from a troubled home. An innocent kiss on the cheek and in that moment, Kit knows she’ll love him forever.
Ryker dares Kit to not miss the little things in life. Ryker left, but she can still fulfill her promise to him. Until he’s back. Can she avoid the heartbreak she’s still not over from when he left before?
This is such an amazing book full of angst, love and heartbreak. I was invested from the first chapter. I love their dares and the kitkats, and that they push each other to be better and everything in this story. An absolute “must read.”...more

Charlotte isn’t the reserved girl her family pretends she is. She has a past full of secrets that make her cautious.
Perry is the people pleaser. He will do anything asked of him. But can put aside his comfortable bachelor lifestyle to marry a woman he doesn’t even know?
Charlotte and Perry have instant attraction and chemistry. But they’re playing it close to the vest. Arranged marriage to an attractive stranger is a terrible idea. Or is it?
Perry is a treat. I absolutely adore him.
The web Monica is weaving in this book is getting deliciously tangled. I cannot wait to get my hands on the next book! ...more

That happened to me during this read.
Summer is beautiful but guarded. She’s here for a good time but never lets anything get deep. She’s carrying heavy burdens from her childhood.
Dylan is a serial dater. He’s committed to whoever he’s with and his goal is his future family. He never looks twice at someone he isn’t dating, until he meets Summer. He’s desperate to have her in his life even if it’s just as “best friends since forever.”
Dylan and Summer are friendship goals. Their games, their chemistry, their relationship, their inside jokes. Sumer jumping into Dylan’s arms. I’m swooning.
This story is deep and emotional and so wonderful.
I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face for most of the book. Except when I was crying, because that happened too.
Katherine knocked this debut out do the park. I loved this book so much. Please go read it!...more

Can she rely on those she has only recently learned to trust?
Jude’s protective instincts are revving into high gear as he realizes the girl he loves is in danger from all sides.
They will be tested, individually and together, by forces internal and external.
They are both young love and deep soul mates.
They are ride or die and a breath of fresh air.
I loved this thrilling final installment of the Wilder trilogy! Like all of Ali’s books, it was hard to put down and I read it in one sitting.
This series feels like coming home. I love that Ali gave us the next generation of Pepper and Jace!
Karis and Jude are a must read!
Please note that this is book 3 of a trilogy and must be read in order: 1. Wilder Games 2. Wilder Match 3. Wilder Play...more

Book 3 of the Winslow boys is here!
What a treat this was to read. I’ve been looking forward to these men since I read Winnie’s book.
Ty Winslow is a happy bachelor. Always has a different woman on his arm. They know the score, it isn't serious. It never will be. Ty isn't a relationship guy.
Rachel Rose has always been the daredevil, but it’s time to get serious about her life. Maybe just one last dare: Make the sexy stranger remember her forever.
What happens with the sexy stranger she gave her underwear to turns out to be her boss and the one man she cannot sleep with? Hilarity and games will ensue.
I loved this book. Ty and Rachel are magnets. Their chemistry is off the charts! Ty is wonderful and I loved watching Rachel demand what she deserves....more

Okay, I’m back.
Taylor is a play-it-safe school teacher on vacation who happens to witness the aftermath of a murder.
Myles is a jaded ex-detective turned bounty hunter with no ties or responsibilities. Just the way he likes it.
Together they make an unlikely team. This book is a riot. From start to finish, this book maintains the humor. It was such an enjoyable sexy mystery.
Tessa Bailey can do no wrong. Her books are always funny with the right amount of romance and spice. Add in a little mystery and she’s added a whole new sub genre to her repertoire....more

“The end”
Um… so I need the next book right away. I might be slightly hyperventilating.
Like I said, no expectations. But wow, I am shook.

Thankfully this book shows perspectives from both Jude and Karis because they have horrible opinions of one another but when you get inside their heads, you cannot help but love and root for these two!
Jude is protective and loyal.
Karis is driven and fierce.
With their history, they shouldn’t make sense but their chemistry is undeniable!
I couldn’t put this book down. It’s been a long time since I was hooked so quickly.
I am a sucker for sports romance. I was thrilled to get this ARC to read. You need Wilder Games in your life.
Be prepared, this book ends on a cliffhanger. ...more
Whew. Well… number 2 was a major cliff hanger for the series. I’m fine. Really. But can I have Wilder Play (book 3) immediately? Thanks!
Once again, IWhew. Well… number 2 was a major cliff hanger for the series. I’m fine. Really. But can I have Wilder Play (book 3) immediately? Thanks!
Once again, I couldn’t put this book down. I was in the middle of several great books, but Wilder Match dropped and it was all I could think about.
Jude gives me the warm and fuzzies. This guy is so protective and loving and has zero sense of entitlement. I know exactly why every girl wants his embrace, and why it’s such an honored place to be.
Karis is brave, independent, and carries so much baggage. My heart breaks for everything she has gone through in the past and will go through in the future. Despite these struggles, she is resilient. She works hard and keeps her head down while reaching for her dreams.
Ali does it again. I’m in love with Jude and Karis and I have so many questions about their story! ...more

Reading her transition from high school and college sports to new adult romance has been an utter delight.
What a sweet story of a lawyer who may or may not be on the spectrum (I love that!!) and has always had a plan for her life get that plan derailed.
In steps a handsome newcomer who may not be as he at first appears.
I usually get annoyed at my characters... they do something dumb and then I like them a little less, blah blah. Not these two. They’re adults and behaved like it, which is a refreshing change of pace after reading about teenagers.
This book has just a touch of spice, but not enough to scare away those who would prefer details remain vague.
I loved the town and the character’s we meet in Sugar Bright, and I cannot wait for more tales of this sweet town so that I may return to visit them.

I actually had to put it down for a couple of days. I was distraught while reading but felt that if I put it down to sleep I might struggle to pick it back up. I deeply felt all the joy and sorrow. It’s a truly talented author that can make you feel so passionately.
Jenny Ashcroft truly captured me from the very start. I hated characters and eventually loved them. Supporting characters had fantastic development. The descriptions of India in and around the time of WW1 were gorgeous. This is a beautiful story of love, loss, family and desperation. ...more

I should trust LJ. She has never ever let me down. And wow, I was dragged in held tight. There was so much angst. I was rooting for them while also raging at them. I fell hard for both of these characters.
I have never hated a support cast this much. I felt like every one of them deserved a good slap (except Bear but no spoilers so that’s all I’ll say)
I loved it! Cruz is not an alpha-hole, but he’s got just enough stubborn to be everything I needed. He’s nice… but he’s not too nice.
