This book proves yet again why Im such a fan of Alisha’s work. I was completely pulled into this story and it honestly left me so emotional and broken. I can’t wait for the next installment to hopefully put all the pieces back together.
Ellie is such a fantastic FMC. She is so strong and the way she handles all the things thrown at her makes me love her so much. She is such a relatable character that pulls you in to the story. Theo is my favorite in this book. He really does bring light and protectiveness to Ellie’s life. He. Makes. Me. Swoon.
Rain and the guys? I want to hate them. I want Ellie to hate them, but it’s like then Alisha gives you these glimpses into their POV and although I still want to throat punch them not everything is so black and white anymore.
This is probably my favorite book so far by Alisha and although it broke me and I don’t even know how to process my emotions at the moment I can’t wait for the next one. If you haven’t read this book yet, I highly recommend. Have your tissues ready and probably a bottle of wine. Please mind TW before jumping into this book as it touches on topics that may be sensitive to others. Enjoy the read but remember the importance of your mental health! ❤️...more

This completed Trilogy follows our MFC Story, and our three lords, Triston, Killian, and Rath. The trilogy starts with Lords of Pain and introduces are innocent heroine Story as she struggles with a stalker who is doing harm to those around her in her personal life. In the attempt to find safety Story applies and is picked to become the Lady in our boys frat...which, essentially places her at their beck and call when it comes to things they want and need both sexually and non sexually.
As we journey through LOP, LOW, and LOM we get a load of heat, heartache, and luckily an HEA. We watch as Story goes from feeling trapped and hurt to finding her strength when it comes to these guys and those taking advantage of her. We also watch as our three guys, especially Killian, realize their true feelings for Story. Although they will never be good guys, they do find their redemption. Killian learns how to hold some of his manic qualities back, Rath opens up, and Triston becomes less self obsessed.
There is so much in this trilogy that happens before we get our HEA. The guys mess up A LOT. we have a stalker, we have other frats causing issues, the guys losing out on some of their dreams, and we have Story slowly realizing she might not be as sweet and innocent as she seems.
If you have not read this yet, I recommend starting this series. Just be prepared when going in headfirst because this book is DARK. Do not take the bullying lightly. Read the triggers! ...more

I’m late in leaving my review and I say that because this book left me speechless and I’ve read it probably 3 times before writing this.
I First off,
I’m late in leaving my review and I say that because this book left me speechless and I’ve read it probably 3 times before writing this.
I went into DOV absolutely blind, didn’t read the trigger warning, didn’t read reviews, I saw the cover - read the synopsis and decided to jump in and I have absolutely no regrets.
This book is just perfection, it’s what has set the bar so high for me in reverse harem romances, particularly dark ones. You know how everyone asks what book you wish you could read again for the first time? DOV would be that book. It just absorbed my attention and kept me absolutely hooked.
K A knight created these characters that each hold so much depth, pain, and emotions and you can feel them coming off the pages of the book. You become attached to their stories and how they became who they are.
Roxy is amazing, she’s strong without being obnoxious, she’s caring, a little crazy, and down to earth. She has gone through some horrible crap that’s led her into meeting the guys and not in good circumstances, but she finds a way to make her place with these men and the situation she found herself in, and man..does she make lemonade out of the lemons life gave her.
The guys, all of them, are not hero’s. These are alpha anti-hero’s to the max. However, there is so much depth to them .. they aren’t flat where you just accept they are who they are. You learn their stories, their ways, and their roles and you can’t help but fall for these crazy men..especially diesel.
Now , let’s talk about the steam. This book is habanero hot and If you are in the mood for some delicious dark spicy times you can find it here. We have blood play, knife play, bondage, etc. it’s perfection.
K A knight truly knocked this book out of the park. If you want an immersive story, great plot, amazing characters, and spicy scenes, definitely check this book out. However, please keep in mind this book isn’t for the faint of heart. Personally, I’d rate it a 3 out of 5 for how dark I think it is but everyone is different. Just be prepared, but if you have no triggers this book is worth the read.
Jump into becoming a viper and come play little birds, you won’t regret it. ...more

If you have not read this yet, I recommend this book as its the cherry on top of this bully romance trilogy. We waded through a lot of dark to get here and for the most part I am happy with how it ends. There are a few things I wish to have seen, which is the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars, but that's my personal wants.
I am excited to see where Angel and Sam take this universe with its other books and will def. be reading the already planned Dukes series next year. I hope we get glimpses of our characters here while on another journey because I truly dont think I have seen enough....more
This was a great dark romance. I loved it. However, I will warn everyone to read the triggers. There is a good amount of dub/non-con in this book. If This was a great dark romance. I loved it. I can’t wait for the second book and to see the guys, especially Noah grovel for forgiveness from Milla. These men put her through the ringer because of their own insecurities towards their dad and how they viewed Milla and his relationship.
As Milla struggles with the things they put her through to protect her mom as she struggles with an illness you see her strength grow and her resolve harden. We also see these boys start to realize there may be more than just hate hiding within their obsession for Milla....more

Peony has been through some things in life and a lot of it at the hands of the four devils. She returns to her home town with revenge on her mind and a hardened heart. From the first page to the last I was hooked on her journey of trying to get back at the guys for the pain they caused her physically and emotionally.
However, I was also addicted to the burning attraction and the intense obsessed peaks out of the guys when it comes to Peony. This book will keep you hooked and has a rather nice plot twist i wasn’t expecting....more

Octavia is amazing and she does not take any BS. She is strong and isnt afraid to stick up for herself. She refuses to be controlled or made to do anything by anyone, including the four boys who were once her friends.
I love the guys, Mav is a delicious psycho, Linc and East are brothers with each being on the opposite side of the coin. Lice is Stoic, while East is the representation of the sweet boy next door. Then we have our quiet brooding Finley. These guys do some effed up things, but when you start to unravel the reasons behind everything you both want to slap and hug them.
Lots of secrets and some type of organization that we are learning is definitely behind the sketchy things taking place. I am ready to read the next book so that I can start unraveling these secrets. Who is our stalker, will the boys explain the difficult position they are in, will we find out the truth behind Octavias dad?? Who knows, but I will be reading to find out. ...more
