3.5 stars. I truly love most of Andrew Mayne's books, especially his Jessica Blackwood thrillers. I still enjoyed a lot of this book, but it didn't have the same spark as the individual Jessica Blackwood and Theo Cray books. If you're new to Mayne's books, I recommend starting with another series; but if you're already hooked on his writing and characters like I am, you'll find a lot to like here, even if it doesn't become one of your favorites.
