It’s a sweet love story, between two men who finally figure out how to give each other what they need.
House Rules - Cari Z The story was too short to understand the characters, not to mention the two heroes spend most of the story apart. It didn’t gel for me.
The harder they fall - Lisa Henry, Heidi Belleau Holy cow! Hot and powerful. Great story about the Daddy/little boy kink (to the extent that the boy’s hole is called a pussy). It’s well done and engrossing.
CTRL Me - Anna Zabo Sweet story between two coworkers who become friends then lovers. Their kinks complement each other perfectly.

I really enjoyed how this story unfolded. Not too much angst, adult conversations, and a resolution that felt authentic for both men. Plus the title is awesome.

Dirty thirty (r Nov 5/16) This one was a re-read for me. I read the original some years ago, so can't comment of what changes/updates Ms. McKenna made for this second edition. I can tell you that this is such a filthy, hot, sexy read, with such good characters. This definitely goes on my favourites shelf.
Brazen (r Nov 5/16) Hm. Not a romance, no HEA or HFN. The tone is melancholy. The kink interesting, clearly a way for her to exert control at all times. It felt like this was the middle of a story.
Don’t call her angel (r Nov 6/16) Different in a refreshing way. These are fully drawn characters, with complex desires and deep love and respect for each other. None are exactly what they seem on the outside. I really enjoyed this one.
Ready and willing (r Nov 6/16) Definitely not a traditional romance. And I really liked how the story evolved, how their situation changed. The ending is a very nice HFN, leaves a warm, hopeful feeling.

Ms. Charles is an amazing writer. Clem and Rowley are great heroes. But they were overwhelmed by the number if issues each man had and the mystery. I feel that the story would have been enough with Clem, Rowley and the mystery. Having Clem also have issues (on the spectrum?) was just too much. Or maybe it was just emphasized too much. Ah well, it’s well written and the suspense was quite exciting. I also learned more than I ever wanted to know about Victorian era animal preservationists (taxidermists)…
