TJ est un énorme green flag et je suis tombée amoureuse de lui dès les premières pages. Il a une alchimie immédiate avec Lola et j'ai adoré leur relation. Lola est une femme très forte et une amie/maman incroyable. Phoenix est la star du livre et j'ai adoré chacune de ses apparitions.
Le côté famille est vraiment très présent dans l'histoire, autant biologique, que famille de cœur. Tous les personnages secondaires sont hyper attachants et j'ai vraiment hâte de découvrir leurs histoires !

Il y avait énormément d'émotions et des larmes ont été versées. Je me suis énormément attachée à Ember et je l'ai trouvé d'une résilience incroyable. Josh est un soutien moral très fort et je l'ai trouvé adorable. D'ailleurs, leur relation prend le temps de bien se développer et j'ai beaucoup aimé le rythme de celle-ci.

Quant à Orion, j'ai eu du mal à m'attacher à lui, mais il m'a beaucoup touché par la suite. Je n'avais absolument pas vu venir le plot twist et j’en suis restée choquée un bon moment. La représentation du handicap visible et invisible apporte beaucoup à l'histoire, ainsi que les PTSD et l’anxiété.

On se retrouve directement à la fin de Gleam et je m'attendais à quelque chose d'explosif, mais ce ne fut pas forcément le cas. En effet, l'histoire a beaucoup de mal à redémarrer tout simplement parce qu’Auren n'est pas prête à faire face à ses traumas. Si au départ, le parallèle est intéressant, il entraîne pas mal de longueurs dans la suite.
Par contre, j’adore vraiment l’évolution psychologique d’Auren. Si Midas n’est plus présent dans ce livre, il a tout de même laissé des séquelles psychologiques qu’Auren doit apprendre à surmonter. J’ai apprécié que cet élément soit mis en avant et prenne le temps d’être résolu. Ce livre montre que la reconstruction psychologique peut prendre du temps, mais qu’elle est possible . Slade et elle ont d’ailleurs des moments très tendres et des conversations importantes, mais j’ai regretté que les scènes de sexe viennent casser le rythme de certains moments clés dans leur développement.
Du côté des personnage, Slade demeure un coup de cœur , ainsi que les membres de son Wrath ! J’ai beaucoup aimé les points de vue de Rissa et Osrik et ce sont des personnages que j’ai hâte de creuser dans la suite. Petit coup de cœur aussi pour Argo qui aurait mérité la parole et qui est vraiment attachant. Par contre, je reste mitigée sur la personnalité de Ryatt qui pour moi, devra encore faire ses preuves.
Quant à l’intrigue, j’ai déjà mentionnée des longueurs qui restent présentes tout au long du livre. Je pense d’ailleurs qu’on aurait facilement pu couper certains chapitres. Par contre, j’ai adoré découvrir Deadwell ainsi que le Quatrième royaume. Pour moi, ce livre a plus une fonction de pont entre le troisième et le cinquième tome. Il ne fait pas énormément avancer l’histoire mais développe en profondeur le world building nécessaire à la suite. Le cliffhanger est incroyable et je suis bien contente d’avoir déjà la suite, parce que l’attente aurait été terrible !...more

Le développement psychologique est vraiment bien maitrisé et encore une fois, on ne peut qu’apprécier sa force. La quatrième armée et le Wrath m'ont vraiment manqué et je n’attendais qu’une chose : qu’elle quitte ce stupide palais au plus vite.
La personnalité de Rip est hyper intéressante à creuser et je suis encore plus tomber amoureuse de lui. Côté intrigue, plusieurs passages m'ont briser le cœur et le cliffhancer était vraiment horrible ! Heureusement que la suite est déjà sortie, parce que je n’aurais pas pu rester sur cette fin.

Il y a un côté found family très fort et c'est magnifique qu’Auren connaisse ça après la vie misérable qu’elle a depuis son enfance.
Sa bulle de protection se fissure petit à petit et, même si elle demeure sous l'emprise du roi Midas, j'étais vraiment fière d'elle de son parcours. Elle a une bonté incroyable et je n'aurais jamais en sa patience avec les saddles.
Rip et elle ont une alchimie immédiate et après un premier livre sans romance, j’ai adoré rencontrer un homme non toxique. D’autant plus qu’il a une très bonne manière de la pousser dans ses retranchements pour lui faire ouvrir les yeux.

Par contre, je pense honnêtement que ce n'est pas la faute du livre. En réalité, cette lecture est arrivée après avoir terminé Iron Flame qui m'a déclenché une panne de lecture. Du coup, on partait déjà avec un handicap de base.
En plus, j'ai vu beaucoup de monde comparer ce livre avec Redeemed, qui est mon livre favori de la saga Dirty Air, et donc je m'attendais à quelque chose d'aussi fort. Je pensais que l'histoire de Love Redesigned mettrait davantage en avant la douleur psychologique alors que finalement, bien qu'elle soit présente, ce n'est que de manière secondaire.

Pour ceux qui auraient lu Binding 13, on est un peu sur le même type d'histoire et il y a beaucoup de similitudes, bien que Unsteady reste plus léger.
La famille Koteskiy est un immense coup de cœur et ils sont une safe place incroyable. J'ai trouvé leur dynamique de famille sublime et beaucoup de moments entre eux m'ont touché. Rhys est un personnage incroyable et j'ai adoré tous ses mots et gestes. L'anxiété est vraiment très bien représentée, y compris les crises et les traumatismes, et c'était bien de mettre en avant le fait que les hommes sont aussi concernés.

La relation met du temps à se construire et j'ai adoré les voir apprendre à se faire confiance et se reposer mutuellement l'un sur l'autre.
Kamari et Thiago se rencontrent à des moments de leur vie où ils sont tous les deux vulnérables et j'ai trouvé que ça ajoutait une fragilité magnifique à l'histoire. D'ailleurs, l'écriture est incroyable, que ce soit dans les métaphores, les pensées ou les références à des paroles de Taylor Swift. Le côté F1 est vraiment bien développé et si vous avez suivi la saison 2023, pas mal de petits éléments sont repris et c'est super intéressant.

Je me suis beaucoup identifiée à elle et par voie de conséquence, je l'ai trouvé très attachante.
Je ne parle même pas de tous les personnages secondaires, amis de Summer, coéquipiers d'Aiden, qui m'ont fait mourir de rire en permanence. Il y a une vibe très famille entre eux et j'ai adoré. Je ne suis pas une grande fan des enquêtes de manière générale et j'attends surtout la sortie du deuxième tome sur la patineuse, mais en attendant, je me suis quand même jetée sur Un automne pour te pardonner parce que c'est Morgane, et que je ne suis jamais déçue.
Je suis immédiatement rentrée dans l'histoire et j'ai adoré chaque seconde de ma lecture. Je n'ai pas essayé de résoudre les indices parce que je suis nulle, mais chapeau à l'autrice car les énigmes étaient tellement bien pensées. J'ai adoré les personnages et l'alchimie qu'il y avait entre eux, sans oublier leurs combats verbaux absolument incroyables.
Du côté de l'intrigue, je suis très fière d'avoir réussi à deviner assez rapidement ce qui allait constituer LE plot twist final. L'intrigue est vraiment très bien pensée. Par contre, en y réfléchissant à froid, j'ai l'impression qu'il y avait quelques petites incohérences dans l'histoire. C'est assez différent de ce que Morgane écrit habituellement et pour le coup, elle a réussi avec brio.
J'ai adoré aussi les personnages secondaires, et notamment nos prochaines héroïnes (qui m'ont énormément fait rire), et j'ai vraiment hâte de découvrir leur histoire.

Une chose que j'adore reste le found family trope et voir tous les couples des précédents livres heureux et avancer dans leur vie me comble de joie. L'épilogue bonus était adorable et j'ai passé un excellent moment avec les personnages !
