4.5 stars actually
The sophomore effort of this fluffy fun series picks up at the wedding that ended the previous installment from second twin Hope Scroggs' point of view and her true feelings about the bride and groom. Hope is full of self-pity and is determined to not enjoy the wedding or wish Faith and Slate joy when Colt Lomax strolls into the wedding reception.

Colt's very bad boy adds to the quirkiness of Bramble, Texas and he was definitely the lead man-candy. Everything else with testosterone barely registered. I missed them. I liked Hope and Colt as a couple but wasn't as enchanted as I was with the first book. That however was a reader issue because the material was not faulty at all.

From page one I found myself laughing out loud and repeating phrases and sentences. This very easy to get into series and book are fast pace, humorous contemporary romances that are perfect mind mints and work as stand-alone rainy day or beach reads. This delightful town is sure two and two make 22 everytime and is worth a visit.
