it was ok

As a scientist, the claims presented in this book struck me as over-confident. Science almost never gives clear cut, black and white answers, and dietary science is certainly no exception.

Ashutosh Sahu I'm a scientist too. I had the same opinion. However much of what he says makes sense considering that he's dumbing it down for a lay audience and wrapping it up as a self-help book, which has to be written in generalities.

I did his diet. The closer I got to his baseline, the better I did. Not only did I lose weight but my gut healed. I've gone from skeptic to believer. The darkly funny irony is that this guy has figured out, and there are still angry debunkers nitpicking. More fools they...
