Reading for the 2nd time. Most recently started November 23, 2022.

This is a close second to Brene Brown's Dare to Lead in regards to the applicability of how to navigate intense emotions in a way that enables you to live within your values. I think I'm going to read both Dare to Lead and Emotional Agility every January.
