it was amazing

I feel in love with Axios and Eryx awhile back when I took that journey in Jaclyn's Spartacus World. Axios was told from his point of view, through his perception I learned the struggles of what it took to become the the ultimate Spartan. The bonding of friends through childhood til death. Two young boys that grew up together as best friends then into lovers. The fears and the dreams that Axios had.

Now, this amazing author brings back this story, but through another perception, and that is of Eryx. The tale of a young boy who was disgrace and worn the badge of coward cause of his father. Determined not to be him, he trained harder, exceeded in everything he did. He made sure to be one of the greatest Spartans. However, there was so much of him that was unknown. So much that he held back and refused to let anyone know, but his best friend, his one and only true love Axios. Through the words I read his inner struggles, found out his darkest secrets but above all knew without a doubt that their love was real, it was forever, it started and ended the way it was meant to.
