Lobster Johnson, Vol. 6: A Chain Forged in Life

Like volume three, this is a collection of single issue stories. And like that book, the art is good and the stories are just okay. I’m honestly struggling to remember all of them right now. As quick bursts of supernatural pulp, I guess they get the job done, but I definitely like Lobster’s longer stories better. They have more room for the tension and atmosphere that’s intrinsic to the genre.
