The wonderful world of Toot Hansell!
Having never read books from this author before, I had no idea what to expect. I read to keep my sanity and 2020 will go down in history as one of the worst years, ever, for planet Earth and her people. But, my! How timely is this book?!? I've not been interested in eating lately, it felt kind of pointless. But I've made 2 recipes from this book so far, all while reading because they made me hungry for the first time in many months! The 12 stories of Christmas told "Kim Watt style" had me laughing and forgetting about the world around me for a bit. I love dragons, faeries and dogs and this book had them all and then some! Lose yourself for awhile in this book! What a blessed escape! Thank you Ms. Watt for saving my sanity!
