As the epilogue announces, becoming a successful manager can be challenging, because no one tells us how to do it until now. In "The Successful Manager", authors James Potter and Mike Kavanagh teach us everything we have to know to become a world-class manager.
With simple and clear contributions, this guide teaches us how to handle difficult situations, how to motivate and inspire oneself and above all, how to set goals. I really liked the approach that the authors gave to this reading. They were clear and relevant in their explanations, and I certainly recommend this worth reading book.
