I went into this book pretty much blind. Its Wol-vriey and I'm a fan, so there's that. Starting out I got the feel this was a normal horror story. Interesting, but nothing too extreme. There are a few storylines, each happening at the same motel. Men playing games with a demon for wealth, contract killers sent to kill a witch, and a prostitute trying to drum up business.
At the half way (maybe a bit more) point, I realized this was an EXTREME story. And oh boy! Was I blown away. Not only do we get a glimpse into Hell's sex playground, there was a scene that made me LOL so loud that I nearly woke my hubby. Here's a hint without spoiling anything, it involves defecating into a certain body part. Oh yeah, and there's a dog that eats human hearts
When all the storylines came together, it was greatness. Excellent read
