it was amazing
bookshelves: 2023, non-fiction, self-help

I loved this book. It was entertaining and informative, fascinating and instructional. The premise is that mouth breathing is bad for our bodies and nose breathing is how we should be breathing. He goes through history and some of the stuff rings absolutely true and some people's routines were pretty quacky. But the underlying premise seemed spot on and I liked how he gave different breathing techniques at the end to train ourselves to breathe slower and through our noses so we don't ruin our health. Anyway, this was suggested to me by a family member and I found it fascinating. Would listen to it again.
