I enjoy the early books in this series, before Brown got preachy. This was an enjoyable entry. I have always loved the exploits of Murphy, Tucker and Pewter, and they didn't disappoint me this time. Crozet is as charming as ever, although the weather was a nightmare in this one. The social events are always fun to read about, and there must be some serious money in that little town. The mystery was a good one, and although I thought I had the answer early on, I was only partially correct. And I thoroughly enjoyed the resolution, with Harry being her always resourceful and quick thinking self.
