In the Heart of the Fire (Nameless: Season One, #1)

Audio: 4 stars Edoardo Ballerini is a new to me narrator, and he did a good job with this story. I will say he sounds a lot like John Solo haha.
Book: 3-3.5 stars
A good, short (less than 100 pages), story that had me wondering how Nameless was going to pull off his assignment. I think since this was so short, I don't feel right giving it more than 3 stars. I can see the potential for the series and might pick up the next book!
I do think that this was a writing style that I need to get used to, it was not normally one that I gel with since it is a lot of telling, not too much showing, but towards the end of the book I started to like it.
I am trying to find more horror/psychological thriller/thriller books, so I was hoping to be a little more scared, but overall, it was a decent dark story.
If any of you have your favorite horror/thriller/psychological thriller book to recommend that has an audio, let me know!!
