The Oxford Mystery is an excellent cozy mystery by Faith Martin. Travelling Cook Jenny Starling started a new summer job cooking at Oxford College at St Bede. However, Jenny Starling did not expect that Maurice Raines, the president, would be found dead with a knife in his neck at the start of her first week at the College. The local law enforcement asked Jenny Starling to help them investigate the murder. The readers of The Oxford Mystery will continue to follow Jenny Starling's investigation to discover what happens.

Joyce Cato, the pen name of Faith Martin, first wrote The Oxford Mystery, another fantastic book. I engaged with it from the first page and continued to the end. I love Faith Martin's portrayal of her characters and the way they interact with each other throughout this book. The Oxford Mystery is well-written and researched by Faith Martin. I also like Faith Martin's description of the settings of The Oxford Mystery, which complemented the book's plot.

The Oxford Mystery's readers will learn about the role of the cook at a private college in Oxford and their role for Students. I recommend this book.
