There isnt even a title yet.... ^^
Some people get advanced reader copies and are able to read before the publishing date.
I know ... lots of ratings but no reviews. so wrong.
They usually change their excitment comments for reviews when the book comes out... Then rate the book accordingly... i've never done it, but its no big deal... They've been doing this for years! It helps create extra hype ;-)
Advanced Readers Copies to generate buzz, etc.
I review uncorrected proofs of books also called advance reader copies. I'm reading one right now that's set for sale on July 8th.
Advance reading copies.
Yes, I agree, some of it is ARCs. But most of the time it's a dick that either loves the author (5 star rating) or they hate the author (1 star rating)
Margot is right. The BEA happened not too long ago. People get Advanced Reader Copies there.
Advance copies. A lot of people in the book selling industry (including me) get them up to 6 months pre release.
ARCs. We get them at our library to give reviews.
Some receive advanced copies. I have received a few books before the release date and wrote an advanced review on a few sites for the author/publisher.
