YA to Z, year long challenge
The goal of this challenge is to read 26 young adult books during 2023, one for each letter of the alphabet. Start early and plan ahead because some letters are trickier than others!

Steps:
1. Create a comment on this thread.
2. Copy, paste, and edit the alphabet set in the first post below.
3. Update your personal post throughout the year, adding the books you finish during 2023.
4. Discuss the challenge and ask for book recommendations here: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

Guidelines:
1. Titles need to match a letter of the alphabet. **Pro Tip: Use the "add book/author" button to create links to the books here on Goodreads.**

2. Drop "A," "An," and "The" from titles. For example, The Knife of Never Letting Go would be listed for K.

3. Exception! X is an especially challenging letter to work with. You may choose a book that has any word in the title that starts with X. For example, The Poet X can count for X.

4. If your title begins with a number, convert it to a letter by spelling it out. For example,13 Little Blue Envelopes would be listed for T.

5. It's okay to add multiple titles under each letter, but there's no official extra credit … Unless you want extra credit, in which case you rock!

6. Only list books tagged as young adult titles. No picture books, MG, or adult books about kids for this challenge.

7. (optional) Add a rating of each book you read when you update your personal post.

8. (optional) Stop by the discussion thread periodically and share your progress on the challenge: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

As much as I would like to do this challenge, I'm going to have to say sorry, I can't. If I could include MG and/or children's books, then maybe, but there's no way I can read 24 YA books.
