Founded in 2011 by father/son, Art & Nikos Danakos, Greek Islands Cuisine was built off the wisdom of Art’s 30 years experience and continued by his son, Nikos - through perseverance and hard work.

The concept of Greek Islands Cuisine was created to fill the void in the market for a high-quality and authentic Greek gyro and souvlaki, a staple in Greece and an ever-present symbol of Greek culture. Greek Islands Cuisine integrates the highest quality rotisserie & charbroiled meats, Greek extra virgin olive oil, fresh vegetables, and wholesome grains to provide both a satisfying and healthy meal.
