We recently completed this gorgeous flower installation for Q Hairdressing in West Malling, Kent. We were briefed to create ‘realistic florals with an organic feel’, plus an additional request to incorporate the mirrors and visually soften their edges. We drew our inspiration from numerous sources; the client’s brief, the salon’s dusky pink soft furnishings, and the natural stone feature wall.
To compliment the dusky pink accents, we chose beautiful pale pink Wisteria florals, accompanied by textured foliage’s in shades of green and grey, helping create a softer contrast against the stone wall. The cascading pale pink Wisteria, together with our signature Vines bringing natural movement helped to break up the regimented appearance of the side-by-side mirrors. Incorporated into the design we created an area perfectly suited to take photos of client’s hair. The salon now has a fantastic Instagramable backdrop that they can continuously use on their social media platforms.
