We had a great time at this hotel and was very impressed. Our stay from start to finish the staff were very friendly and looked after us well. Value for money you cannot go wrong, they have all the amenities including a 24 hour bar, gym, sauna and steam room available. We booked 3 separate rooms which they gave us all next to each other which was a nice gesture. Rooms were very clean and everything was as it should be, rooms decorated and finished to a nice standard. They have plenty of entertainment and activities, games for adults and kids to play as well as a kids club so parents can enjoy time to themselves if wanted. A special thanks to Anil (waiter on roller skates) who was a great waiter and lovely host for us, always smiling and happy to help. The only thing I could pick on was that they should have more than 2 irons and a stand in each room or available separately for a 200 room hotel, other than this everything was perfect. Thanks again to all the staff.

Avoid at all costs! Absolutely appalling service from the staff. We ended up leaving the hotel after the first night due to the hostile behaviour. Day 1, 3 members of staff came up to us and asked us to leave in under an hour with 3 children as the hotel management did not want us there due to complaints we raised about the rooms. We were locked inside with a technician as the doors stopped working and another room had no air conditioning, they could not move us or even downgrade the room so sent in a technician at 3am. When our provider questioned why they wanted us to leave they completely rejected what they said. Insulted us in front of other guests. Will be taking legal action against this hotel! If you fancy embarrassing yourself go ahead and book it! We have video evidence of the incident that occurred where they came up to us whilst we were having breakfast and telling us to leave. I’m happy to share.

We visited the hotel late November and the number of guest staying in the hotel were minimal but the experience of the staff and the facilities was fantastic. Hassan and the other staff members were always happy to help and despite being small number of guests they still made sure the choice of food was adequate and plenty for you to choose. I would recommend this hotel and if I am in alanya I would be happy to stay at this hotel again

The staff here is always ready for help, however, maybe it is now the off-season, quite some staff are not well trained so they do not understand guests' need neither in English nor in German. The food here is very poor. The soup is thin, no freshly grilled meat. I was expecting a Deluxe experience, but the reality hit me hard... The sea view is unbeatable.

If Carlsberg did hotels . . . Excellent in every respect. The staff throughout the complex were so friendly and helpful, (special mention to Julia in the Spa and all the reception staff especially Carmel/Carmen and a very tall gentleman who spent the holiday writing directions for me on maps!) The food was delicious, fresh and varied, and for those, like my husband who likes his mouth burnt off, there are microwaves. We didn’t book the speciality restaurants because we were only staying for a short time and they were booked, but we could have if there had been a free slot, for €15 per head, which is still incredible value. (They are free in the inclusive package if you are staying for at least a week). Everywhere, inside and out, was scrupulously clean and the cleaning staff were very courteous and friendly. We had access to a lovely quiet lounge where there were nibbles, drinks, tea, coffee, and a lovely calm atmosphere, which we really appreciated. I’ve no idea why we qualified for this treat, but we appreciated it! An absolute gem of a find, and hopefully we’ll return soon. We frequently stay in Tenerife and have never had a bad experience but this hotel was a definite 5* and ten minutes from the airport.

Booked this hotel through Jet2 who have been great in the past, 1st morning at breakfast was shocking! No clean tables, got to the stage we had to clear and set it ourselves. We thought this was a 1 off, however it continued into the rest off the week applying to lunch and evening meal. Food was repetitive. Pools were fine along with sunbeds, entertainment was rather boring apart from 1 night with acrobatics. Location, ok if your just after a peaceful break. Rather disappointed on the hole, when your expecting 4 star. No we won't be back.

Stayed here from 18th march for 10 days. Great hotel. Great view of the sea from our room. Rooms cleaned every day. Clean towels every day. Meal times great. Fantastic selection and variety every day. Very tasty & well cooked. Staff very friendly & helpful. The one thing that let the place down was not enough seating for evening entertainment. If you didn’t get there early you had no chance of a seat. ☹️. Having said that the entertainment was great they all worked hard. Other than that no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptionally clean room. The rooms had everything I needed. I didn't notice the fridge until I left though. The easy to pull out drying rails on the balcony were a nice thought too. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard every day and tea & coffee topped up. The nice touch of two free bottles of water were appreciated. There was also cold water available from dispensers around the hotel. All the staff I came across were so friendly & efficient. I was all-inclusive and the food was amazing with a very wide choice with daily changes to the menus. I saw a lot of negative reviews about food not being hot enough, which is just not true. And anyway, I saw at least one easily accessible microwave to heat to required liking if necessary. The facilities were superb. I used the indoor pool every day. There was always available sun beds and outside pools were lovely. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope to come back again one day.

We booked 6 nights all inclusive at the Alua Atlantico. Checking etc was all very good and smooth, when we tried to book one of the a la carte restaurants of which there are three we were told as we were only there 6 nights we were not 'eligible' you have to be there 7 nights! There was an alternative... Pay €15 per person for the restaurant of choice. The buffet restaurant did provide a wide array of food, including a salad table, two soup dishes, pasta dishes plus two dishes cooked whilst you wait. There was always something you could find to eat but sometimes the food was lukewarm from being out too long. A wide selection of desserts were also available Rooms were clean, well looked after very the cleaning staff, the bar staff were always attentive to your needs when supplying the all inclusive drinks Entertainment was a bit mediocre and having to sit through a junior disco thrashing out some music was sometimes painful. As the holiday was booked only a few weeks before, it served the purpose of a relaxing / recharge the batteries holiday. Would we return? Probably not.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Although the breakfast is tasty, the variety is somewhat limited and can feel a bit repetitive during longer stays. Additionally, the restaurant can get crowded during peak hours, leading to slower service. Suggestion: It would be great to see more variety in the breakfast options and additional staff in the restaurant during busy times to avoid queues and delays. Overall, HSM Canarios Park offers good value for money and is suitable for a relaxing stay. With a few improvements, it could be even better!😊

Good value and nice for a few night stay, music and entertainment in the evening. Had no safe key and they ask for a deposit to have a remote to use your tv There are some reviews on bad food but as a picky eater myself, there was always something to enjoy for breakfast lunch and dinner. Don’t recommend the milkshakes but had some nice cocktails.

We got a standard double room for 2 adults and 2 children which is fair to say wasn't adequate. Food was not great, out of buffet for every meal there was potentially 2/3 nice items and rest of the food was flavourless and what I can only describe as poor quality, no drink served in the restaurant, just soft drinks. Kids pool was really good and amazing way to spend a day, also the shuttle transfer to the beach was a plus, however any shops were about 25 minute walk away from the hotel and the shop in the hotel has barely anything in it so if you need something (which in our case was formula and nappies) it's some distance. Staff were trying to be helpful, particularly guys in reception, very good!

Great value hotel. We had a lovely holiday with the children here. If you arrive with you’re paying for a 3* hotel in mind you won’t have any issues, I think some people think they’re at a 5* when leaving negative reviews. The food was lovely with lots to choose from, there was always something to eat and a good variety of meats. There was plenty to choose from with the drinks so no issues there. Lots of pools to choose from which was great with the kids, a lovely beach a walk away from the hotel and a park on the resort. The place was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The hotel reception staff were great and very accommodating moving us room to one with a balcony upon request. My only issue with the hotel and our over all experience was the kids club staff, we found them to be very rude and some of the activities were at a charge, which is ok but if your don’t have cash there is no ATM on site. On our last day one of the kids club staff actually stood at the gate not letting anyone in unless they pay €10 for T-shirt making. There was no letting the children in just to play and not participate in the T-shirt making. I would have liked to of put 5* and resolved my issues at the hotel but unfortunately I didn’t have time to speak with reception before my bus arrived. All in all we had a very positive experience here.

Food lovely and lots of variety. Restaurant staff work really hard. It’s actual Pepsi Max provided at the bar and in the restaurant and is self serve. Pool at the back of hotel was warm which was great.. Room cleaned daily but I did get bitten by something. it would have been useful if they had provided with more explanations when checking in as didn’t realise the other pool was across the car park and the daily activities were shown on a screen near the stairs. Evening entertainment not the best.

We've just returned from spending Easter weekend here. Great location and we were lucky to watch the Easter processions as they passed through the old town. Room was great, but no balcony which wasn't a big problem as we spent most of our time on the beach / in the bars. Breakfast basic, but we enjoyed it. Nice ambience, very quiet. Perfect for a visit to the old town Benidorm. Rooms are basic but very clean. We were lucky enough to have a balcony with a view. Shower was very good and always hot water. No fridge, kettle or hair dryer but that wasn’t an issue for us. One thing we did find that could be addressed is a handrail to get in and out of the bath/shower. There is some noise early mornings from outside but wasn’t too much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Clean, central comfortable. That's the only good thing I have to say about this hotel. Spent a week there and got very little sleep. Walls & ceilings are made of paper. I could actually hear the next room opening the zip on their suitcase. Breakfast was not good and they don't have a restaurant or serve food in the bar as per their website. Avoid avoid, avoid.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in was a side next to the hotel kids and adults chucking fire crackers down the side street playing music while 3 am. The room was so basic no safe in the room like going back in time 1 member of staff really grumpy didn't hardly talk. This was by far the worst holiday ever I have been on I've got 2 more days to go and can't wait to get back home

The staff were lovely, and the food in the day was good. Snacks at night are not so good, it was the same bread, meat and salad. The staff was also eating it! I suppose it doesn't matter now, as they had a fire when I was there, perhaps it's closed for the rest of this season It'll give them the opportunity to put in fire alarms and train staff on evacuation procedures!!

Beautiful place , hotel and food is great although there is a lot of Russians and is better to stay at hotel as in the city they all want your money. My daughter was approached by some weirdo who was apparently some boss son. Not the best experience for me and my family overall. Spain is much better .

Just had a 5-night holiday with two young children 3 and 6 in late October 2024. What I like about this place: 1. WiFi available on beach (but the coverage is not great) 2. Great view 3. Good ice cream and milkshake from 1100 to 1800 everyday. 4. There is real coffee from the coffee corner 5. The hotel offers a good value one day boat trip to some great places to swim and casual dive. 6. There is a path by the beach - great for relaxed and quiet walks to two nearby towns. 7. Take away from food court is handy. What I dislike about this place 1. Quality of food is not very consistent - two dinners basic and nothing special and two dinners above average. 2. There is a long queue everyday during dinner time. 2. No food between 2100 and 2300. 3. Gym closes at 2100 and opens at 0900. No chance for a morning or evening workout. 4. Uncomfortable beds and pillows 5. Kids club is basic and can only take 4+ 6. Lots of mosquitoes by the three outdoor pools. Overall, will I recommend this place to friends? This place is not perfect but can be shortlisted. Will I return in the future? Probably no.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel, visiting at the end of the season with our two children. It is quite a shady spot, so I imagine in very hot weather it is perfect, but at the end of the season the pools were quite cold. However, the sea was lovely for swimming and there is a good indoor pool with a great Turkish spa. Some reviews don’t rate the food, but we thought it was fab. Loads of choice, all cooked well and very tasty. When it’s busy the buffet area could be quite crowded. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and our bathroom looked like it had recently been re-done. Great shower. There isn’t a beach, so for young children there isn’t an option for playing on the sand and paddling. We didn’t use the kids’ club but it didn’t look very inspiring when we visited. Entertainment in the amphitheatre was ok but not much on as end of season. Imagine it’s much better in height of summer. We opted for the Asian meal as our a la carte option - I strongly recommend not to do this as it was quite bad. Of course we should have gone for Turkish in Turkey! Staff were kind and attentive, the kids loved our waitress Eva. Overall we loved this hotel and would recommend.

Beautiful location, clean and tidy, as a veggie/pescatarian I loved the food, so much choice, the salads are devine. Always somewhere to sit on the beach/pier. Saw some fab acrobatic shows and enjoyed the boat trip from the hotel. Hotel a bit old fashioned but that's not an issue for us. Our grandson had a wicked time. We would return. Would be great if the hotel could supply reusable cups and water chillers rather than water in plastic bottles.

We've just returned from a seven night stay and we were delighted with our holiday experience. The rooms were suitable and the hotel team kindly honoured our request of are whole party (three rooms in total) being located next to each other. We arrived at Paradise Island at 11PM. After a long day of travelling, the warm welcome from Cedric was greatly appreciated (along with his sense of humour too!) and having a selection of food waiting for us and our fellow late arrivers was a real bonus too. The food throughout our stay was a huge positive with a wide variety of options availble throughout the whole stay and sensible meal time windows allowed for flexibility on when we ate. The pool and water park kept adults and children alike entertained and the daily, complimentary bus into town every day offered a great opportunity to explore Playa Blanca (although the majority of the time I chose to walk as it's only 20 to 30 minutes). An area of potential improvment is the arcade options and pool tables. Whilst these were seen to entertain many children, the majority of these are dated, espectially the cloth on the pool tables. The location of the hotel was favourable to allow for a climb of Mount Roja. It was with a very heavy heart when the time came to check-out, we would have happily extended our stay! Muchas gracias por un tiempo maravilloso !

We have just come back from 10 nights here. I wouldn’t worry too much about the negative reviews. We found the hotel to offer great value for money. The food was excellent with loads of choice. There was food, snacks and drinks available pretty much all day and night. The rooms were serviced every day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The entertainment was very good. The on site pools and water park were great. It is also in a good location around 1km from the beach front. The only downside was that some of it needs modernising maybe, but nothing of major concern. The play park also needs a bit of a refurb. But all in all a very good place to go on holiday that I would highly recommend.

Having seen some of the reviews here, I was slightly apprehensive of our stay at HL Paradise Island. I needn't have been, we had a brilliant time. The hotel is nice. It needs a little bit of upkeep but it's still very pleasant. We stayed with three kids (7, 5 and 2) and they had the time of their little lives - the pools are great (yes, it's February, the water is cold!) but there is so much to do! There is a good variety of food at the all inclusive and the quality of the food is much better than I expected. The Asian cuisine is a particular highlight! The staff are great and the kids loved the mini disco each evening. Overall, a great stay and great value for money. We will be back! 😄

Brilliant hotel,very welcoming and everything explained in detail. Food is fantastic, loads of choices to suit all types of diet. Pools are great,as is the water park attached to the hotel which is free to use. Entertainment is only ok,all local music played around pool which guests wouldn't understand. Great place for people with disabilities as its mainly flat which makes it easy to use a wheelchair.

Family of 4 stayed September 2024. Easy to check in and all staff are accommodating, rooms are what you would expect so no problems. The food was great quality with a variety and the chefs work really hard. pools are great ( cold to begin with so brace yourself! ) the water park is just a fabulous addition caters to all ages. It’s a little walk to the beach probably up to half hour if you have children but we always took a taxi which the hotel staff call for you. Little shop next door which is handy. Didn’t see much entertainment but that didn’t bother us, we have booked again for this year and can’t wait! Lanzarote is a beautiful island and this hotel is great for families.

Amazing 2nd family holiday here. Rooms are clean staff are very attentive. Food is good, the international a la carte was my favourite. Bar staff, housekeeping and reception staff are excellent. The best part of the hotel is the amazing animation team. My daughter is 4 and everyone in the team made it an amazing experience from kids club to kids mini disco. Adam is an amazing choreography his afro beats dancing is certainly very entertaining. Thanks to Angie and Erika for the mjni disco and kids club. A special thanks to Salsabeel who made extra effort especially with my 6 month old. I was shocked that she had only just joined yet was absolutely amazing. She always had a smile kn her face and played with both my kids. They loved her. If you are looking for a fun filled relaxing time come to royal Lagoons.

Things they can improve are internet availablity, room doors, food labelling and Animation team time tables.

After the rest, I had a very pleasant impression. The room was spacious, the furniture and plumbing were in good condition, cleaning was done every day. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly, the cleaner surprised me with figures made of towels every day, the animation team was great, they held fun interactive activities and set a great mood, Thomas, Kira and Adam are very cool) The choice of food is quite large, it was delicious, the waiter Sameh is attentive and friendly - a real professional with a very kind heart. The disco on the territory of the hotel is only twice a week, but you can go to the after party every day for an additional fee to another hotel or club. There are different performances almost every night, we liked the fire show the most, it was amazing) The hotel territory is very beautiful, green and well-groomed, many pools. The pools are clean and large with different depths, lifeguards are on duty for your safety, there are fun slides that lead into the heated pool.

Absolutely horible 😡😡😡😡 Very far from 5* not even 1* Rooms dirty food horible and first night found huge cockroaches in the bathroom i am scared i will bring some bwck to my home ... would not recomend at all. No wifi only in lobby we had to pay for sim cards to have some data. Do not waste your money for nightmare...!!! and don't belive to people who is saying it is amazing trust me it is not!!!! you have to pay here for nearly everything.

The food is great, the villas are really nice and cozy, all inclusive drinks, overall a great experience! The area is clean and there are a lot of activities day and night. It is really close to the airport but also easy to get to the center and shopping areas.

We stayed at the hotel for five days and four nights, and truly enjoyed our time there. The service was excellent — the staff was kind, helpful, and always available when we needed something. Even though most of them spoke primarily French, they made a big effort to understand us and assist us in every possible way. It really showed how much they cared. The food was absolutely delicious — rich, varied, and plentiful. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, and we always found something fresh and tasty to enjoy. Although we visited during a rainy period, it didn’t take away from the experience. The hotel offered plenty of indoor activities and entertainment, so we were never bored. Honestly, if we had such a great time in rainy weather, I can only imagine how amazing it must be in the summer! In short — a warm and welcoming vacation, with great service, wonderful food, and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates genuine hospitality and a hotel that truly invests in its guests.

I spend 9 days with my family on all inclusive. The hotel was very nice and spacious. The food was good and the service was also very nice. The choice of food and drinks was impeccable. A big plus is the sunbeds on the beach and a small bar, a very nice way to spend time. The downside is that most of the activities were conducted in French and not always translated. The hotel is generally worth recommending .End of season lots off sale and much more quiet. Weather 23 degrees and not much sun in that part of Create.

We had an exceptional stay at this lovely hotel! The dining options were impressively diverse, featuring a wide variety of meats, fish, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, desserts, and delicious ice cream. The restaurant, with its cozy atmosphere and stunning sea view, was a highlight of our experience. Access to the beach is very convenient, The beach area was pleasant, with sun-beds available. The hotel maintained two beautiful pools, both featuring a lively atmosphere with music and breathtaking views. There’s also a designated shallow area for children, along with a gaming room to keep them entertained. The staff was friendly and engaging, providing excellent service - multilingual, speaking German, French, and English. They were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and eager to assist in any way. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic all-inclusive experience!

I was with my partner on a week's holiday, I definitely do not recommend this hotel if someone suffers from asthma. The entire hotel smells incredibly of chlorine, which made it hard to get out of bed in the morning plus a sore throat. I will also add that people using wheelchairs or the physically disabled will have problems getting to the hotel or moving around on its premises. Apart from that, the hotel is really nice, nice views and we got a nice room (for an additional fee of course). Hotel service at a high level so there was nothing to find fault with. Animation only in French so if someone wants to go to this hotel with children, please keep that in mind. The drinks at the bar were very weak, the wine from the restaurant was much stronger, strange. Souvenir shops at every turn are a big plus, two supermarkets right next to the hotel are also a plus. The sea is about 200 meters from the hotel, so very close. Greetings to the entire hotel staff and management! 🩵

I stayed for 9 nights and had a generally good experience here. Reception staff were helpful along with polite and informative . The hotel in generally nice and clean and in good aesthetic condition. There are loads of sunbeds outside in the pool area.

Enjoyed a 4 night stay in Feb ‘25. Weather was around 24°c for the stay. Clean hotel with great views and access to the beach. Mostly French guests, very relaxed vibe here. Good food through the day and selection of drinks. Rooms were spacious with good views. Cons - Water was a nightmare to get at times, you have to pay an extra €1 for a fresh towel. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. All staff made the effort to ensure you had a nice stay. The hotel isn’t luxury but it’s comfortable, well laid out and is superior to the Occidental resorts down the road.

Lovely venue, great atmosphere and all staff were friendly. Sifa was lovely and attentive, she communicated in English and other languages. Dina also lovely and good at serving the wine Sea view beds were so comfortable, plenty of food choices and multiple bars throughout the day open. Indoor poor warmer than outdoors, Jacuzzi and sauna present. All rounder good accommodation.

Enabled us to have a lovely relaxing time, enjoying some sunshine and warmth. The hotel rooms are a good size with nice en suits facilities and the excellent food in the buffet restaurant was varied, with themed evenings. The outdoor pools were a tad cold but the indoor pool and jacuzzi was always available ( best time to go was after midday as people got ready for lunch )The beach is superb, but accessed by a walk down.

We stayed 3 nights in Alua Village and were extremely happy. We paid more for My Favourite Club access and it was worth it. We had a room close distance to the pool and dining facilities. The access also provides a lounge where you can snack or make the drinks yourself. It was quiet now but I am sure it would be useful during the busy periods. There is plenty of space around the pools for sunbeds and there is smaller indoor pool and jacuzzi. You can walk to sandy beach in 10-15 minutes. Last evenings we also enjoyed after-dinner guest entertainment.

Really nice hotel, situated next to a bus station. The beach is at a 10 minutes walk, where you can see squirrels. I recommend the All-Inclusive, as it covers a lot and there is only a few shops around. The service is really good. And the entertainment was great. They have a wide gym/indoor and outdoor. They also have a spa area where you can book a massage. They have an indoor and an outdoor pool. If you forgot your toothbrush, you can buy one for 3€ in their shop, in the hall next to the reception. It was a really nice stay.

The hotel land is very beautiful and clean and orderly. There are many pools and bars. Aquapark is very fun. It has two very nice beaches, but there is no wifi in sandy beach, it is very nice except for it. Animators are very fun and full of energy. Especially Kristina amused us a lot, her energy is very high.

Great hotel. Really amazing service with incredible staff. Food is good and we especially enjoy the Italian night as they have really good steak. Hotel is clean amd rooms are cleaned daily. Entertainment is brilliant especially the entertainment team who are all so lovely. Only negatives id say is some rooms could be updated, and they need better snacks during the day. Like a pizza and burger bar- not just sandwiches. But apart from that we really really enjoy the hotel

Had a great stay here for a week. The room was a little tired but they are refurbishing at the moment and with that been the only negative I feel this hotel could be a gem come next summer. Food was nice and if you like trying new food plenty of choice. It is slightly salty but other than that very tasty. My wife can't have dairy, she mentioned it once and they went out and bought her almond milk. Fantastic service if you ask me. Pool was cold but it was February. The heated pool was fine and we enjoyed that one, the slides were also great fun and broke the days up. Service around the pool and in the bar was unbelievable. They really take the time to talk to you first couple of days. After that you have to tell them to stop bringing drinks or they turn up every 15 minutes. All in a great stay and would recommend.

Me and my boyfriend just came back from the hotel. We absolutely loved it! The rooms and hotel are kept clean, there’s so many sunbeds available so you won’t have to worry about that. The rooms are a very good size so you don’t feel cramped. There’s entertainments everyday which we love, table tennis, darts, singing, dancing etc etc. we only stayed for a week but next time we will definitely stay for longer. The one issue we did find is the food, theirs is definitely plenty of choice but for picky eaters not so quite, a lot of the food is the same everyday. To use the bar in the middle of the pool you do need all inclusive plus, and most of the cocktails you won’t be able to get without all inclusive plus also, so definitely worth it if you’re a cocktail lover. Another thing, this is definitely not the hotel faults but to worn anyone, we can hear everything from next door from inside our bedroom… people coughing, tv (if they turned up up high) toilet flushing, sex etc etc but apart from that we love it and will definitely be returning!

10 day stay in the hotel all inclusive early Feb 2025. On arrival reception staff very helpful. Rooms very good modern refurb, views across the rooftops to the sea. Beach 15 minute walk, shops all close by. Food good and varied. Dress code for dinner could be better many rock up in shorts sandals and anything they want. So that could be improved. Staff always pleasant, tidy and efficient. Entertainment usually good. Pool fine nor heated. Spirits on basic all inclusive as usual not up to par with branded but acceptable. Overall excellent well run hotel. Would happily stay again.

This is an excellent clean and modern hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, pool very clean, loungers comfortable. Food was very good at all meal times, obviously it can get busy but we never had an issue at all. There is a nice bar area and the choice of drinks on all inclusive is very good. Entertainment every evening, varying quality, unusually the singers being the most average and the other types of entertainment were excellent. Don't miss the Legacy Mongolian night. Only issues for us were the two rooms we had the Aircon was far too loud to leave on at night, might be an issue in summer and the snack bar has a very limited choice of food which never changed over the week. Thoroughly recommended

Amazing experience. The foos was fresh and of very high quality, the menu was varied at every meal. Good location, good services, pretty nice staff. The outdoor area is amazing and perfect for relaxing, maybe the Jacuzzi area needs a biut of renovation. The room was not so big, but nice, clean and comfortable. The entertainment during the day was interesting and not annoying, while the evening entertainment could be better. We have been there in September and it was not too much crowded. I recommend the All Inclusive to fully enjoy the experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rodos Maris, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with every detail, but a few highlights truly stood out. Firstly, the food at the hotel was another memorable aspect of my stay. Each meal was delicious, with a diverse range of cuisines to try. The real stars of the culinary experience, though, were the sweets! Each dessert was like a work of art, both in presentation and taste. I found myself eagerly awaiting each meal just to try a new treat—the pastries, cakes, and chocolate delicacies were simply out of this world. The sea view was beyond breathtaking. The beach was pristine with crystal-clear waters, and the gentle waves created the most serene atmosphere. We have just returned from a beautiful 3 night stay at the hotel on the all inclusive package. I had initial reservations regarding the hotel after looking through reviews but was glad that they didn't reflect our experience. - The room was gorgeous and well set up, lovely balcony and view of the pool. - food was enjoyable but nothing special. The buffet in the morning has a great selection and lunch + dinner you order from the app at your table, with salad options by buffet. The a-la-carte restaurant was fully booked which was a real disappointment. Avoid the bar snacks in the day though, dry and inedible. - The drinks were awesome, great selection and delicious cocktails. - Staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to support. We really enjoyed the service from Chris at the pool bar. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable escape from life. It's not the "foodie experience" promised on the website, but I'd return :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although we went during a festival so we could not visit the old town of Corfu liked we wanted it was still a lovely get away. The rooms were beautifully decorated with lovely balcony’s. The whole hotel was decorated and stunning. The food everyday throughout the breakfast, snacks and dinner were delicious. The all inclusive only option was amazing as we had as many cocktails as we wanted. We got to enjoy the pot smashing and also the fireworks on one night. The whole atmosphere at Cooks Club was fantastic. Location wise not that great but a bus stop is right outside the hotel so you can travel.

Hotel looks GREAT, but reality is, it’s instagrammable but not great. Food is poor / average. Menus sound great, but reality is most things either in the snack bar or main restaurant were pretty poor. Sun loungers super uncomfortable. No AC in the hotel rooms. Walls super thin so can hear your neighbour speaking / watching TV. Service and staff nice. Pool was nice. Gym was ok, but again no AC. Electricity would fail and turn off cardio kit. Wasn’t ideal. Overall, the pictures were great and sold it To us but I wouldn’t go back to the hotel in Corfu. Overall 4/10

We recently visited cooks club in Corfu. The hotel is immaculate and outstanding. The staff are great and very helpful. The food was out of this world, would go as far as saying the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive. The pool area is fantastic, I can’t fault the hotel or its service. The entertainment is brilliant and there’s something for everyone. The hotel is near the port by car and also the old town. But it seems to be in the middle of nowhere so you definitely need a taxi everywhere you go. The rooms were great, good size. However my only complaint is that the hotel is very very very noisy. The walls are paper thin. We had people moving furniture at 2:30am, people shouting banging you could hear everything from your hotel room. We were on floor 1 so maybe the floors above are a bit quieter but we struggled to sleep. We did complain about the noise to reception and they immediately took action and done something about it so again I can’t fault the hotels service. Just a shame we had people wanting to move their beds round at 2:30am. The hotels little shop is a great little gem. And the hotel also have a courtesy room so that you can have a shower and get changed before your flight. Overall fantastic stay just a shame about the noisy neighbours.

Had a fabulous time celebrating family birthdays. All staff were helpful and attentive. Food was lovely and a good variety, especially breakfast. Live music and DJ were brilliant and all (but 2) guests were friendly and we had a ball. The unicorn and dino special appearances were the icing on the cake.

A few comments. The food is the same every day, there are no changes. After three days you can't even look at it, let alone eat it until the end of your vacation. The other restaurants in the hotel which are Caribbean and South American cuisine are quite ok. Asian is a disaster and the food in all 3 comes partly from the main restaurant. The same applies to the main restaurant, if you don't eat in the 3 other restaurants, the next day they give you to the main restaurant. Cleaning the rooms often took place without cleaning the balcony and ashtray. Also, even when we asked, wrote a card and left a tip for the jacuzzi to be cleaned, it wasn't done for the whole week. The pools, all three are small and can't accommodate that many guests. The main bar on level zero, the appearance inside is repulsive. The bartenders often don't know how to make drinks. The tables in the bar aren't cleaned. There are game room and even if you have all inclusive, you still have to pay for billiards. No water in the rooms, the fridges are not equipped with any drinks (all inclusive). During check-out, even if someone has a flight in 8 hours, they do not allow a meal. I have not encountered this yet, everywhere I have been, they always said that it is possible to use it without a problem. Generally, I am disappointed. I bought one of the better packages (room) and a lot of disappointments. If you do not buy a room with a sea view, which as you know is limited, the remaining rooms have a view of the constructions around the hotel and about 200 rooms have a view inside the hotel buildings, which resembles a Chinese cage, apartments. Personally, I would not return to the hotel again and I do not recommend it to anyone. Holidays are supposed to be unforgettable, and with so many glaring things, they are unforgettable, but in a negative sense. Definitely is not 4 stars hotel for me if compared with my not small experience. I will also add that on the day of check-out (11am), they knocked on our door three times to see if we had already left the room (from 8am they knocked on the door)

All in all, the place isn't that bad, though there are a few things that could be improved. In my opinion, it's definitely not a 4-star hotel, more like a 3-star. The buffet is the same every day, but the three restaurants are amazing. The waitress service is excellent—especially Kamal at the Caribbean restaurant, who made our experience truly great. Our son is gluten-free, and everything was clearly explained and handled well. If you're staying here, you definitely need to try the restaurants. It's a shame you can only dine at each one once.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Wide variety of gluten free food. Only draw back is you have to ask the chef each time in the restaurant to show you what is GF. Not a big deal but other places I've been have had signs detailing allergens in the food, just makes it a bit easier. Rooms are good, cleaned every day if you need/want it done. If you want a private balcony to sit out in the sun, check this before hand as some have zero privacy and not too much sun or view. All In all,good hotel and close enough to take bus trips to Mdina, Mostaand valleta.

Hotel very clean and staff are friendly and cant do enough for you. Everything is very well organised and the reception staff make sure you know everything you need to know when you arrive. Breakfast has a good selection and outdoor pool and rooftop pool are very well cleaned. The Spa staff are amazing. Very welcoming and accommodating. My mum's first holiday abroad and we booked an easter promotion with Dee spa (spa group) that Qwara wasn't doing but after an email she sorted it all out and we could have it there. Whole place is very clean and well looked after. Many restaurants and a lovely cafe that sells fresh baguettes and homemade cakes. Rooms are a good size and cleaned everyday. Only problem we had was finding the right elevator to go down to the spa (more our stupidity than a fault of the hotel) Pool towels are available for a €10 refundable deposit. Literally something for everyone. Would highly recommend. Im well travelled and have stayed in some questionable places but this is a lovely hotel that i would happily stay in again. For being a big hotel it is reasonably quiet.

the rooms were very clean every day, great service. the restaurant when it comes to breakfasts is monotonous but everyone will find something for themselves, it's great that the hotel has other restaurants that you can visit and also eat well. the bar and the hotel service are really nice. the only thing that takes away from the hotel is the view of other neighbors but it is also not so striking when you spend the whole day outside the hotel, and maybe you will meet someone like me and your view will change for the better 🤪 we had a really nice time, the location has a nice location close to communication and many other possibilities nearby. I recommend 🌷

Location of the hotel is very good,we could see the ocean and the distance is 3 mins walk. The food was good especially Portuguese cuisine nights. The staff is very polite and helpful. The bartenders Luan and Malek very nice guys, all the time of my stay in the bar they make sure I had a big glass of cold beer. Thank you guys. I highly recommend the hotel and Luan and Malek are the best.

Hello, we arrived today, a family of four 2 adults 2 kids aged 3 and 6 years. Reception was an absolute disgrace. The tall thin grey guy does not want to be here at all, not smiled once. No interaction whatsoever, after travelling with very excited kids you would think a smile at least wouldn't go far. The bar had none of the cocktails on the menu and all wine was hotels which was simply red or white ( do NOT recommend the white). It had said there are 14 restaurants there is only 1. Also only one bar when online said there were many more. This hotel/apartments said it was kid friendly where the tall grey guy said it is NOT a kid friendly hotel, I asked could we change hotels but pay for our first night he said sorry it's non refundable! It also offers many outdoor pools there is only 1. We felt really stuck so had to walk into town. Don't be fooled by what they try and sell it's my second time been fooled by MGM hotels. They say because its not peak season this is fair. Feel like we let the kids down, all they wanted were other kids and kids entertainment. None of which are supplied don't make the mistake we did as they are non refundable..

This was a very nice hotel with sea views from balcony our forth floor room 416. Room was a delight, good sized rooms with loads of space and storage. Lounge was big with sofa, TV, table and chairs. Adjoining kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, toaster, fridge, freezer and kettle. Not much complimentary tea or coffee though. Bedroom was big with king size bed ( 2 doubles joined ) too much activity means falling down middle. Bedroom was OK but needed some TLC, old shower bath combination needed modernising. Hotel was tidy and clean with indoor pool, gym, spa and restaurant. Lovely outside pool area. Very close to beach and stunning views. Sometimes other guests can be noisy, especially in corridor. All in all though a lovely hotel to stay at.

The hotel is promoted as a 5-star hotel and definitely isn’t. The seal on the bathtub glass is covered in mud. Cleaner in the morning don't even feel up coffee tea sugar definitely is not promoted as a 5-star hotel . We booked a table at the restaurant for 11 people as a part of our all-inclusive and when we got there we were put at separate tables. When we asked to put the tables together, they refused to serve the dinner in such a rude way. To get into our room we had to use a different entrance, which was so problematic as it was cold and raining, especially after coming back from the indoor pool noone inform as we need take towels with as to the pool indoor. After activities need run wet to room for towels witch was horrible When the hotel lost electricity for about half an hour, no one was willing to explain what happened or apologize for the inconvenience (I was in the middle of a shower without lights). The only positive things were the activities provided by Yoandry and the politeness of bartender Danis. Probably the only people who actually care about guests in this hotel and are willing to offer you at least a smile. I was fully aware that hotels usually looks better in pictures then in reality but it was simply shocking. Definitely not what you would expect from 5-star hotels. The list of everything what went wrong should be much longer but I don’t want to write a book

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best part of the hotel however they have lights hanging off inside the pool and the children's pool is full of debris and needs to be cleaned regularly. The pool bar staff are brilliant and really friendly. The bar in the evening is very slow and needs more staff for the amount of guests in the hotel. The eveing entertainment is rubbish they might aswell just not bother! The decor is very dated with old manky carpets running through the corridors. I will say the food is lovely and changes everyday so your not eating the same things all the time. This hotel definitely needs to be down graded to a 3 star and stop leading people to believe it's a 4 star online!!!

Positives: The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and clean (but cold). Outside is better than the inside and the grounds were well kept. Negatives: We went for 5 days. The room wasn't cleaned, the bedding wasn't changed nor did we get clean towels until I complained - twice. There were also cockroaches in the room. The food was disgusting and lukewarm and flies kept landing on it all as it wasn't covered. For a 4* hotel I expected the food to be at least adequate but it truly wasn't. The entertainment wasn't the best but we were out of season. It is located on the beach but there is no access directly and its very rocky. The indoor pool is even colder than the outside which seemed odd. The all inclusive drinks don't include Latte, milkshake, hot chocolate etc and u have to pay separately for those. To keep it's 4* rating it needs completely refurbishing inside and new chefs/food choices.

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for a week whilst visiting paphos. Tldr; Overall, I would give this hotel 3/5 stars, good hotel ONLY if you get it for a good price like we did. I wouldn't recommend it at all for young couples in their 20s and early 30s or anyone seeking anything other than sun, beach and being poolside. Rooms 2/5: the rooms are dated and not particularly well equipped. The mattresses are firm and the pillows are really poor. The air con in the room works fine, the TV is tiny, has about 8 channels that are all in greek. We got the sea view room and the view was good however depending on which sea view room you got your view could be amazing or awful. Our towels were changed daily and bed made with some light cleaning. Staff/service 3/5: once again it was just decent. The staff don't really talk to you or say much, they're not particularly friendly but not rude either. A very average service throughout. Food 4/5: the food was surprisingly good considering it was included, we got half board breakfast and dinner and both are buffet style. We were both surprised at the quality and the amount of choice. Notably the meat choices for the dinner service. I read a few reviews before coming to the hotel, that the food was poor however it is clear that those people were unrealistic considering this is a hotel on the cheaper side. Drink 2/5: I usually wouldn't write a section just for drink but this is important. They have the WORST selection of 3 beers and 0 cider options which was surprising to me. They do however get +1 star for the cocktails that although do not look great and are not made with any real care, are loaded with what I can only call "super measures" of spirits. Hotel environment. 3/5: once again it was very standard and nothing special. The pool is big with ample seating, there is a standard sized indoor pool and sauna and a TV room with a small TV. There is daily evening entertainment which is probably the worst thing about the hotel. It was either music or bingo or both, and the musicians could have been anyone they pulled off the street, furthermore you have no choice in listening to it and the windows are not soundproof. Local area 3/5: you're pretty far out from the centre of pathos but there are travel options very close to the hotel. There is a particularly good beach spot a short walk away but be advised, other than this beach there is nothing else to do locally that is not shopping or eating. There was no evidence of local crime or scamming going on and the area seemed safe and mostly clean.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful this hotel is for all it has to offer, especially as we are still here and travelling home tonight. The staff are so hardworking but remain happy, efficient and polite. The sense of feeling welcome never left us. The chefs and dining staff performed wonders at offering us a massive choice of meals, more or less 24hrs a day. The quality of the food is superb. The housekeeping is first class and the beds a so comfortable it's unreal. Along with the beach buggy hire which is part of the complex, you can hire bikes, scooters and cars too. We had fun in a buggy. Kos town is lovely too, and full of historical interest if you're that way inclined. We came here at the very start of the season, so its been a mixture of rain and breeze along with the improving sunshine. The place is quite full as its Easter break, however the hotel is spread so well, you never feel crowded. We will be back for sure. A top quality hotel, with top quality people working in it to make everyone feel a bit special.

Wow Mitsis Ramira. Firstly all of the staff are 5 star ⭐. A special mention to Marjana who looked after our room for the 11 days we stayed.what a lovely lady. Linda housekeeping manager who had time to talk to us another lovely lady. Miltiadis and Behzad these two lovely men are a credit to the Ramira, they bring so much happiness to your holiday they certainly did for us. The long serving gentleman down at the beach bar is another special man sorry forgot your name, I believe he has worked at the Ramira for 45ish years extraordinary . The reception staff are so kind and helpful. And a big thank you to Athina who was so kind and got my wives walking stick back to her after she had left it behind at the Ramira. This is one of the finest all-inclusive resorts I have ever experienced. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the hotel itself was remarkable—accessible, situated in a tranquil area, and truly perfect. The hospitality was outstanding; although we encountered a check-in issue due to my oversight, the gentleman at the reception reassured us and went above and beyond to ensure our reservation was correct and that we were in the right place. Fortunately, we managed to check in within 15 minutes despite the minor hiccup. Upon entering our room, we were welcomed with fresh towels, clean sheets, and spotless floors; the room was impeccably tidy. There was no dust on the surfaces or smudges on the windows, and this level of cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay, with regular cleaning and fresh towels provided. Our room included a mini fridge that was consistently replenished. The buffet offered an impressive variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone at every meal, and the cocktails and soft drinks available in the bar areas were excellent. The entertainment was enjoyable, featuring different acts and shows each night that catered to families. The staff were exceptional, from the reception team to the restaurant and bar personnel, as well as the guest relations team and shopkeepers; all were friendly and incredibly helpful. A few staff members truly stood out and enhanced our experience, and while I could list them all, it would be quite extensive, which speaks volumes about their hospitality. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the guest relations team, who reached out to discuss a birthday package upon learning it was my birthday during our stay. They surprised us with a cake and a complimentary bottle of bubbly delivered to our room, which genuinely made my day. My friends and I had an unforgettable time, and we are grateful to all the team members for making our first girls' trip so memorable! We are definitely planning to return. ευχαριστώ πολύ

We stayed at Mitsis Ramira Hotel in Kos in April. It’s a good, clean resort, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The weather was warm but a little windy, and the beach water was too cold for swimming. Unfortunately, the pools were also unheated, which was disappointing, especially for the kids who couldn’t enjoy the pool or the beach. The restaurant food was okay, but it became repetitive as the same or similar dishes were served daily, so we eventually ordered food from outside. On the positive side, the hotel offered a late buffet, which was a thoughtful touch for guests arriving late or feeling hungry. Housekeeping, activities staff, and receptionists were friendly and professional. However, some senior staff in the main restaurant appeared selective and less welcoming, while the kitchen chefs were friendly and always greeted us warmly. The bar staff, including the waiters and waitresses, worked very hard and provided great service. There was a massage service by the beach, which was relaxing with the sound of the waves. Irina, the masseuse was amazing, I even went twice! The only downside was the lack of privacy, as massages were done outdoors with others nearby. The beach bar served gyros, burgers, and hot dogs, which were very good. There was also a crêperie, which we visited a few times, though the waffle and crepe were a little dry the first time, and there was usually a long queue. Staff at the crêperie seemed a bit overwhelmed. I also attended sunrise yoga, which was a wonderful and relaxing way to start the day. The resort offered bike rentals too, riding into town with a group was a lot of fun! Evening entertainment was limited, mostly live singers and not as engaging as at other resorts I’ve visited. Overall, Mitsis Ramira is a clean and family friendly resort with some great amenities, but a few areas could be improved for a better experience.

We had a lovely time here. The staff were very friendly, professional and generally well-organised. They were dealing with an unusually busy opening week, but - despite a few longish queues for dinner - this was handled well. Our room, the one with a private pool, was really nice and, cold water notwithstanding (!), it was a great place to float around and chill with a drink or two from the minibar. A big shout-out to Behzad, Ehab, Fotis, Mina and lots of other great staff members who made our stay a pleasure we'd like to repeat if and when the opportunity comes around.

Incredible value for money, a real gem for the price. Highlights included: The most wonderful sunsets over the Atlantic. Beautiful pools and gardens which we felt were more pretty than the pictures made out! Constant availability of perfectly acceptable food and drinks. Will this be the best wine of your life? Of course not, but for the value what’s provided is wonderful. Very kind and professional staff, who make you feel most welcome and attended for. Areas I’d caution about, and why I can’t give 5 stars, are: Despite requesting a double room, our bed was two single ones, shoved together. The staff made it to be one, after I requested this, but the point still remains that they don’t have dedicated double beds. The music by the pool. For some guests, maybe younger, or to a different disposition to myself, I’m sure this will be wonderful. But often they blast loud music over the pool area and onto the sun loungers where you look to relax. When I asked on two days if this could be turned down a tad, the staff were very considerate. But just be conscious there will be music played around the sun loungers. The beach has no music and is quieter if you’re looking to relax. The only noise there is the crashing of the waves on the shore.

We had never stayed at a resort before, so we had no point of comparison. But this was an amazing experience for us. In one word: WOW. We had a fantastic time! The food was absolutely incredible, with plenty of healthy options and a diverse selection, including great choices for those who don’t eat meat. The staff was truly outstanding. The resort is very child-friendly, with wonderful pools and a newly renovated gym. We are already planning to book again!

Please make sure Ozzi and all staff receive special thanks. Whoever needs an exceptionally good holiday-Iberostar in Agadir is without a doubt the place for a perfect escape. I will definitely be returning with more family and friends . We only went for 4 nights and we were so sad to leave. I will definitely be recommending Iberostar to everyone I know. Don’t let the niggly little complaints from reviews that other people have written put you off or you will regret it. I guarantee if you book Iberostar you will love it and will be so excited to write a completely honest and satisfying review like most of the other people have written in their reviews.

I'm still here as I write this review. Came for a short winter sun getaway. Lovely and immaculate resort in a good and very central location.  Check-in was smooth, and our room was ready before the official check-in time. The room was very clean and spacious. Food has vast variety at all times and is tasty and fresh. The snacks are good too, and the drinks and cocktails were of very good quality. The swimming pool, though a bit deep, was heated and very suitable for a dip. Sunbeds in abundance and very comfortable. The beach had very good security and was lovely and serene. The staff here are a huge asset to this place....always willing to assist and make sure you have a good holiday. Lest I forget, the entertainment team does an amazing job, so do the cleaners too. Can't fault this place, to be honest, and will definitely come back here should the opportunity arise.

Asmail not sure if spelt correct? the standout for our group of 5. Food for all inclusive very good, Moroccan dishes were exceptional as was there harisa soup. Hotel immaculately clean, cleaners everywhere. Restaurant staff super efficient empty dishes removed quickly, big smiles could not do enough for you. The local souk (indoor shopping area) approx 60 dms (£5) taxi. You can spend all day there if you want it is large. Great bartering bargains. First trip to Morocco impressed people friendly.

The food has a good variety, the restaurant is lovely, the dance floor and the shows here are really nice. There are lots of activities to be involved in. I recently stayed at Sol Oasis Marrakech for my 18th birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so special. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday unforgettable ,everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. The atmosphere around the hotel was beautiful, and I loved every moment spent there. It was the perfect place to celebrate such an important milestone. I would definitely love to go back and experience it all over again. We are currently staying here with our 14 year old and it's one of the best holidays we've had. The food is amazing, very varied and a wide choice each day. Pools are beautiful but a bit cold for me in April. Rooms are spotless and our housekeeper surprises us each day with the art she makes with the towels! Entertainment team are really friendly and not too pushy, there is something going on all time. Beach is adjacent to the hotel with clear water and white sand. All the staff are friendly, polite and can't do enough for us. The hotel has an international clientele which gives the place a really inclusive atmosphere. Would highly recommend *****.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for 8 days. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was a very large and clean suite. Various programs were held inside the hotel every day and every night. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very varied and appetizing. Of course, sometimes the meat was not cooked well, but since there was a lot of variety, we could ignore it.It has a very beautiful and clean sandy beach, and watching the sunrise every morning from the balcony is energizing.

Stella was my worst experience in Egypt. Guest Relations were absent, feedback ignored, and room issues unresolved. Hygiene was shocking—dirty cutlery, overflowing trash, and unhygienic cups everywhere. Food lacked variety, was bland, and caused stomach issues. Service was poor, with staff more focused on phones than guests. Rudeness and a lack of professionalism were common, especially in restaurants and at bars. On the bright side, the resort grounds were beautiful, rooms spacious, and animation shows enjoyable. With better hygiene, service, and training, this hotel could improve significantly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Princess Andriana! The resort itself is beautiful, the food was fantastic with plenty of variety, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. However, we were very disappointed that the water park wasn’t completed in time for the season. It was a big reason we chose this resort, so it was tough for the kids to see it every day but not be able to use it. Unfortunately, there was nothing arranged or offered as compensation for this, which made it a bit harder to keep the little ones entertained at times. That said, we would definitely love to come back and experience the resort again once the water park is fully up and running — it looks amazing and would really complete the holiday experience for families.

We had a marvelous stay at the hotel! The service was excellent , they fulfilled all our requests and were very serviceable. Although the hotel was full, we had a very quiet, pleasant and peaceful vacation. The hotel grounds are enormous so we always found an available spot at the pool and at the beach. The hotel beach is just beautiful ! This hotel is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Loved our stay here! Great for couples & families. The entertainment was great & the beach volleyball was a highlight for us both! Peach Slushies with Amaretto were excellent on the hot days! The buffet was well varied although wouldn’t say the quality was 5* - perhaps 4*. The pasta however was excellent & authentic! The pool is not heated so despite still being 27 degrees each day, it remained cold. The sea was warmer!
