Howden's - nothing was too much trouble.
The whole process - design, ordering and then fitting the kitchen was seamless. We changed our minds on a couple of cabinet designs, and this was so easy to exchange. We also added cabinets to the design and the staff were so happy to help. The cabinets are very well made and easy to clean.

Having worked in the construction trade…
Having worked in the construction trade for many decades,I have fitted many different kitchens from many different suppliers. Howdens kitchens in my opinion are by far the top of the tree. Obviously other suppliers have there own interpretation of fitting a kitchen But the likes of wickes don't supply a Install manual, which Howdens do. I deal mainly with the Winchester branch, who go the extra mile to be helpful. As the company expands it seems that the staff migrate from one store to another, but seem to be loyal to the company. If there is a fault with a product supplied by the company it can be resolved usely within the same day. The planning department at Winchester are first class, counter staff likewise, and the warehouse situation is very slick. The new delivery team are a breath of fresh air and actually deliver the kitchens to the internal of the property. All in all a first class operation at Winchester, and apparently a boy called Adam is returning to take it to a new level.

Polite staff
Friendly, polite staff at who apologised for the wait to be served! ( it couldn’t have been more than 2-3 minutes, and it wasn’t like the shop wasn’t busy as it was)
