Our primary shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail, though larger items may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground at our discretion. Shipping will be combined for multiple purchases as much as safely possible to save you shipping fees. Handling fees will be $1.00 per item, and will cover the cost of cushioning or wrapping of your items. Shipping fees will be assessed at the counter rates charged by USPS or UPS, plus our minimal handling fees.
International Shipping will be made at our discretion. Additional handling fees and postage will apply. All customs forms will be filled out accurately with the total costs stated - we abide by all Federal and International Customs laws.

By attending or participating in an auction operated by Bid Daddy Auctions Incorporated, (hereafter referred to as Bid Daddy Auctions), in any way or in any capacity, whether in person, online, absentee, or acting as an agent for a participant, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
All bidders must be registered with Bid Daddy Auctions and be in possession of a valid bid card when participating in an auction offered by Bid Daddy Auctions. All bidders must have and be in possession of a valid state or federal ID card and be at least 18 years old the day of sale to participate as a bidder of an auction offered by Bid Daddy Auctions. Your bid is a contract and is considered as an acceptance of these Conditions of Sale.
All items and/or property sold is offered ‘AS IS’ and ‘WHERE IS’ and without recourse, and neither the consignor(s) nor Bid Daddy Auctions make any representations or warranties, expressed or implied with respect to age, condition, size, count, weight, style, authenticity, genuineness, attribution, origin, quality, quantity, value, material, period, culture, rarity, importance, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance, manufacturer or any other warranty on any property offered for sale. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot offered is in good condition.
The photo captions, catalog, internal or external search engines, advertising and/or auctioneer’s statements, etc, are a courtesy provided by Bid Daddy Auctions, and meant as a descriptive guide only. The bidder is cautioned to use the preview to examine all merchandise using his/her best judgment as to whether or not the photo captions, catalog, internal or external search engines, advertising and/or auctioneers statements, etc, are accurate.
Bid Daddy Auctions reserves the right to withdraw, combine, or divide any lot at its sole discretion prior to the commencement of bidding.
Bid Daddy Auctions and its consignor(s) make no warranty or representation, expressed or implied that the bidder will acquire any copyright or reproduction rights to any lot sold. Bid Daddy Auctions reserves the right to reproduce any image of any lot sold. Bid Daddy Auctions is the exclusive owner of all images used on our website. Unauthorized reproduction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Bid Daddy Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the commencement of bidding for such lot.
The purchase price payable by highest in-house, absentee or telephone bidders shall be the sum of the final bid plus the buyer’s premium of 15% in-house, and 18% for internet bids, less any discounts, if offered. All purchases are subject to the current 7.00% Albuquerque, New Mexico sales tax rate, except as provided for out of state internet bidders. Resale tax certificates from New Mexico and other states are accepted, but the resale tax certificate form must be fully and completely filled out and received prior to time of purchase.
All highest bid purchase prices will be in U.S. dollars. We accept cash, checks (with proper identification and an approved bank letter of guarantee), Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit or debit cards. All purchases must be made in-house, (except for internet bidders), and are due the Day of Sale. As a courtesy and with prior approval, Bid Daddy Auctions may extend the payment deadline to highest telephone and absentee bidders to the end of the following business day.
Consignor buybacks are allowed. The fees are set by Bid Daddy Auctions in advance, and consignors are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the fees and conditions of the buyback program offered by Bid Daddy Auctions.
Consignors are responsible for arranging their own lots. Lots or lot components are expected to be in working condition, as well as clean and presentable. Any lot containing items found to be non-working or dirty, can be returned or disposed of at Bid Daddy Auctions discretion. Bid Daddy Auctions will provide lot arrangement or lot boxing for an additional fee that is set in advance and will be provided upon request.
Bid Daddy Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid, as well as the right to refuse to acknowledge any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer has the final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the lot in dispute to any point where a bid may have been acknowledged. If any dispute arises after the sale of any lot, Bid Daddy Auctions sales records shall be conclusive.
No auction lot may be removed during the sale or at any time until the full purchase price has been paid. All lots must be so paid and removed at the highest bidders expense the day of the sale or they become subject to a storage fee of $10.00 per item, per day and without exception. Absentee and phone highest bidders must arrange pick up of their purchases within 1 business day of the auction or they become subject to a storage fee of $10.00 per item, per day and without exception. Bid Daddy Auctions will not be held responsible for loss or damage to items not picked up the day of the sale. If storage fees are equal to or greater than the purchase price at any point after the day of sale, the item then becomes the property of Bid Daddy Auctions and may be disposed of as seen fit.
Bid Daddy Auctions does not provide assistance in the removal of any lot purchased by the highest bidder, nor does Bid Daddy Auctions provide any packing or shipping materials required for the safe or secure removal of any lot, except for sales made to internet bidders.
If, for any cause, a purchased lot is found to be stolen, broken or lost prior to highest bidder pickup during the day of, or after the end of the day of sale, Bid Daddy Auctions shall not be liable for any amount paid by the purchaser. It will be at Bid Daddy Auction's discretion if any refund or partial refund will be allowed.
Employees of Bid Daddy Auctions are not prohibited from bidding on lots. In the course of their employment it is possible that they may have access to information not available to the public.
All measurements and weights offered for any lot by Bid Daddy Auctions are approximate and are made as a courtesy to bidders.
Bid Daddy Auctions is not responsible for typographical errors in regard to any description of any lot offered for sale.
Bid Daddy Auctions is not responsible for damage of glass covering paintings, drawings, and other works or frames regardless of cause.
Bid Daddy Auctions will not guarantee the authenticity of any signature unless so stated at the time of auction.
Bid Daddy Auctions is not responsible for shipping. All shipping is to be arranged and paid for by the highest bidder. Bid Daddy Auctions may direct highest bidders to shipping agents or highest bidders may make their own arrangements for pickup and delivery of a won lot. This clause is not applicable to auctions that are conducted "online" and with the expectation known that shipping will be arranged for internet bidders.
