SoCal Collectibles provides handling, packing and shipping services at the expense of the Buyer. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THE METHOD OF PAYMENT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! SoCal Collectibles will make every attempt to ship items within 7 (seven) business days of receipt and clearance of payment. An ESTIMATED SHIPPING and HANDLING AMOUNT will be included in the auction invoice after the sale. An Adult Signature is required upon delivery of all SoCal Collectibles items. Large, heavy or otherwise unusual items will incur additional charges. We use USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping on domestic shipments, which may take three (3) to seven (7) business days. SoCal Collectibles will not use lower classes of mail to ship sold merchandise due to increased risk of loss. Special shipping and handling requests may be accommodated on a limited basis at SoCal Collectibles’ sole discretion and may incur additional handling charges. All costs charged to a Bidder's original invoice are estimates and SoCal Collectibles reserves the right to charge additional amounts if such estimates are exceeded. By acknowledging this Agreement, Buyer agrees to any additional charges as may be necessary to accommodate special shipping and handling requests.??SoCal Collectibles will ship items to foreign locations using the same classes of mail and additional postal services that it uses to ship to U.S. locations, to the extent that such services are available. Payment Details:
Payment is due within 48 hours of our sending you an invoice which you will receive immediately following each sale. We accept Bank Checks,Wire Transfer, Zelle, and all major Credit Cards. Purchases of $2,500.00 or greater and any new bidders lacking sufficient successful auction payment history, may be required to wire funds or send a bank check at the sole discretion of SoCal Collectibles. Attempts to use fraudulent credit cards will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in accordance with our Terms & Conditions will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all future auctions and will be reported to other auction houses. Bidder shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. By participating in SoCal Collectibles auctions through the internet, bidders consent to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the State of California and any dispute shall be resolved before a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of California.
Invoices will be sent immediately following the auction and must be paid within 48 hours. SoCal Collectibles reserves the right to replace items with similar items should payment be received after this 48 hour payment window. If no replacement is available, a credit will be issued for use on any other SoCal Collectibles purchase. SoCal Collectibles reserves the right to delay shipment of items until all funds have fully cleared.

Each signed item comes with a COA from us with Matching Holograms and any other documentation we get with the piece. We make no guarantees that other authentication firms will certify the pieces. We make no guarantee the item/s can be sold on other marketplaces or the resale value. Each authentication company has their own policies and politics. In the event we accept a return due to authenticity reasons we require that proof is supplied, not opinions. We do not accept email authentication of items. If you submit the item to a company via email and they decline the item, we will not accept it as proof!

As a virtual business we do not maintain a retail location so this online platform is the only place for items to be inspected. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Any dispute of purchase must be made within seven (7) days of sale.
DISPUTES/ CHARGEBACKS
By participating in SoCal Collectibles Auction, the Bidder entirely agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraphs as the Bidder's SOLE means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with SoCal Collectibles. By placing a bid, the Bidder specifically agrees that they will not file a dispute or chargeback of any kind with an online venue, a credit card merchant, or any other third-parties. The Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that the Bidder will pay SoCal Collectibles a minimum of $500 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. In the event that the Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of SoCal Collectibles approval of the application of the Bidder to bid in SoCal Collectibles’ auctions. Bidder explicitly confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by the Bidder against SoCal Collectibles and further agrees that the Bidder is liable to SoCal Collectibles for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting from chargebacks or any claims. SALES TAX
Purchasers in the state of California must pay 6% California sales tax on total purchase price including premium unless appropriate exemption form is filed. The sales tax rate is 6.25% for Bidders in Los Angeles County. If you have a resale certificate you must email a certified copy to us at [email protected]. All Internet buyers pay 25% buyer's premium however Internet Buyers outside the state of California are not responsible for sales tax.
RESERVES/MINIMUM PRICES
Lots may have reserves or undisclosed minimum selling prices. These confidential figures are set by consignor and SoCal Collectibles and will exercise all reserve bids. The record of sale kept by the auction house is final in any dispute. Digital recordings of the sale will be used for confirmation.
Buyer takes responsibility of the property as soon as the final hammer falls on the lot. The auction house may choose to resell items if builder’s obligations are not met.
