In the Forlorn Badlands in the Scouring Sands, you will find Torlos standing by a ruined caravan. Speak to him.
He will need your help clearing a safe path.
You will need to slay 12 fly demons (Skittering Abominations, Pestilent Host) in the area. When you are done, return to Torlos.
