Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA)Presentation Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) PresentationThe NanoSight instrument utilizes Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) to characterize nanoparticles from 10nm -2000nm in solution. This technology utilizes the properties of both light scattering and Brownian motion in order to obtain the size distribution and concentration measurement of particles in liquid suspension. A fluorescence mode provides differentiation of labelled particles.
ApplicationDetermination of particle size (10nm – 2000nm) Key wordsParticle-by-particle detection and tracking, particle size, particle concentration, polydisperse samples StaffPlatform manager : Christine Chatellard Specific EquipmentManufacturer : Malvern Software Guide and operating Manuel are available near the instrument or on demand. SamplesOnly non-pathogenic biological samples are accepted. Decree of the July 18, 1994 establishing the list of biological pathogens, amended by Decrees of April 17, 1997 and June 30, 1998 (Decrees in French). The list of biological pathogens is available on the website of the IPBS.
