Returns & Exchanges Information

Items may be returned for any reason up to 60 days from the date the order was delivered. Only items in their original condition and with original tags can be returned for a refund. A refund of the same tender type as the original payment will be processed as soon as the items are returned by the customer.

Exchanges may be made at any time on new and unused merchandise. Additional shipping expenses will apply for us to mail back exchange items. We charge a flat $8 fee for all exchange shipping.  Another option is to include a pre-paid envelope addressed back to yourself with your return item(s).  We would be happy to use this to mail back your exchange item(s).

In case of error on the part of Jock's Nitch, additional shipping expenses will not apply.
