Char Scott, LPC
Through problem-solving, intentional decision-making, and the building of self-awareness and acceptance, Char believes that you are capable of designing and living the life of your dreams. It is her intention to provide you with acceptance, understanding, safety, and empathy on your journey. The first step is the hardest, and you’ve already taken it.
Life can present us with a multitude of challenges, and it may often seem overwhelming or impossible to live the life you want. Charolette believes that each of us already possesses the ability to navigate through life’s difficulties and hardships. She works to provide support, encouragement, and an environment within which her clients are free to be utterly and entirely themselves as they work to break free from unhealthy, restrictive thought patterns, unlock their true potential, and create the life they deserve.
Charolette is a Licensed Professional Counselor whose goal is to help her clients become their best, truest selves. Char earned her Specialist’s degree from Arkansas State University and has experience working with a variety of populations. Char uses Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques; she is certified in Trauma-Focused CBT and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Her intention is to tailor the therapeutic experience to each client’s specific needs and concerns. Char is especially passionate about working with individuals whose concerns or challenges include mood disorders, gender/sexuality issues, interpersonal relationships, women’s issues, life transitions, and the like.
Ashley Wilson, LPC
Ashley Wilson, is a multi-degreed Chicago native, who graduated from Arkansas State University with an Education Specialist Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a passion for community and helping others obtain total wellness. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Ashley enjoys working with varied populations, i.e., families, couples, adolescents, children, young adults, multicultural populations, and passionately strives, through therapeutic support, to effectively address personal life challenges.
Ashley is proficient in working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, self-esteem, trauma, SMIs, and LGBTQIA+ social, individual, and community relates issues. Under a person-centered, holistic approach, her modalities includes a blend of evidence based therapies such as CBT, REBT, trauma focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Ashley’s goal is to help individuals and families develop the skills and strategies live more harmonious, happier, stable lives.
Ashley believes that clients are more successful when they buy into themselves, trust the therapy process, and commits to the therapeutic relationship all of which will provide support, an environment for growth, and the motivation to do the personal work to get better. “You have to be an active participant in your process for it to work and to see desired results.”
Allison McArthur, LCSW
Life is complicated, and navigating the waters of our emotions, responsibilities and mental health can make that even harder. If you are here seeking help, congratulations, you're already made it over the first hurdle! It can seem insurmountable to find a therapist you trust and connect with to share the intimate details of your life and mind. Because of that, the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of my work. Allison strives to bring my down-to-earth and non-judgmental nature to each session. Allison is very much LGBTQ+ affirming, and enjoys working with teens and adults from all avenues of life. Allison works in an integrative and eclectic manner with her clients as she does not believe "one size fits all." She comes from a place of compassion, understanding and will support and remind you that you are already whole. She has a passion for seeing people through difficult times and helping them accept and love their authentic self.
She has been a mental health professional since 2005, and has extensive experience helping people deal with mood disorders, schizophrenia, trauma, mental health crisis, recent psych hospitalization, substance abuse issues, anxiety, ADHD, divorce, work stress, relationship issues, and adjustment issues. She takes a very relational approach which also includes trauma-focus, CBT, DBT, and existential techniques. She is currently working on her certification in internal family systems therapy, which she finds particularly helpful when addressing issues and symptoms that are deeply ingrained and difficult to change.
She offers telehealth and in-person sessions and will soon be offering group therapy for anger management. She knows ambivalence and fear can sneak up during the process of seeking help, don't let them decide for you, give yourself a chance and reach out for help. She looks forward to meeting you!
Keisha Wood, LCSW
Keisha Wood is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in social work. Originally from Hornersville, Missouri, she earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee in 2005 and has been practicing tele-health since 2016.
Keisha has worked in various settings, including outpatient, school-based, hospital, and home health, assisting individuals of all ages. Her counseling style is warm and interactive, using a blend of cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, solution-focused, and positive psychology approaches. She emphasizes education and skill-building to help clients manage life's challenges and enhance resilience.
Keisha is dedicated to providing support with dignity, respect, and empathy, while also challenging clients to gain insight and develop self-awareness. She believes therapy is about both conversation and practical strategies for coping and growth. Keisha values the importance of finding the right therapist and is here to support clients on their journey toward a happier life.
Joseph Kirby, LPC
Joseph Kirby is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a deep passion for helping individuals explore their inner world and tap into their strengths to create positive change. His practice is grounded in Existential psychotherapy, complemented by Gestalt therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches. Joseph believes that a deeper understanding of reality and the Self enables individuals to express their true selves more fully, leading to a more authentic and fulfilling life. He specializes in working with the LGBTQ+ community, as well as those facing ADHD and other neurodivergent challenges. Additionally, he has extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, phobias, and trauma-related concerns.

With a rich background in childcare and customer service, Taylor excels in organizing and streamlining administrative processes while nurturing positive relationships with clients and team members alike. Her dedication to professional growth is reflected in her pursuit of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, further showcasing her commitment to enhancing her skills and contributing to our clinic’s success.
