I have four of them. Only one of them is able to connect to the app. I think the thermostat is hardwired, but is it also connected to my Wi-Fi.

At least all four of them were connected to my Wi-Fi at one point. Now I'm down to just one.

The technician who installed it it connected all four of them to Wi-Fi. They all were working for a while. Three of them haven't worked at all for a few years.

Go to your main electric panel, find the breaker for Furnace, and trip it. Make sure the power to the furnace is really off, the zone panel should be blank as well

Turned off furnace. Also tripped breaker but panel not blank.

Actually, just tripped another switch and panel is blank
