Pros (+) The price was amazing and the room is a well kept and clean. There was free breakfast and fast internet for free. Wow
Cons (-) I would have liked free parking but it’s SF.

Pros (+) The couch in the room was horrendous: saggy, lumpy, hurtful The bed was fine except there weren't any extra blankets. The heater worked well. It was quiet because we were in the rear portion of the motel.

Cons (-) Many homeless people yell and get aggressive around the hotel especially at night. You feel kind of in danger when you go back to your hotel room.

Cons (-) the bed had springs broken all over the bed. the iron leaked all over the floor. the couch was broken. breakfast was a piece of bread.
Pros (+) The room were comfortable and its a low cost hotel in a tough neighborhood but in the heart of San Francisco
Cons (-) Both of our rooms had signs of bed bugs but we couldn't find any live ones and they didn't want to give us anther room.
