Pros (+) The bed was surprisingly clean & comfortable. That was about the only thing we liked.
Cons (-) Bottom barrel amenities (more like "What amenities!") The bathroom was absurdly tiny, with minimal towels, one bar of soap, no shampoo, and not even a bath mat. The most bizarre detail was that there were no maids. The guy at the front desk (Douglas?) did everything himself, from checking you in, to "cleaning" the rooms. Cons (-) No airconditioner in the room so you have to open the door and window to let the cool breeze in. There are hairs in the sheets and blood on the blanket. No staff present to change them. The bed was too soft shows that it was really old. Gave us backache the next day.

Pros (+) Loved the bed. It was the most comfortable bed I have ever had at a hotel. The shower was beautiful and the room was nice. The management/owner was very nice. I would go there again and stay there.
Cons (-) I did not like there was no television, but he said they were getting cable next week. The door did not go all the way down to the ground so it did get a little noisy from the traffic going by, but the owner just purchased it so I am sure that will be fixed by the time I go back.
