The hotel itself was not bad. The major issue we had was with the valet that went through our vehicle as well as a bag that was left in the car. We were in a hurry when we left so we didn't really notice what happened until we got home 2 hours away. Nothing was missing however the bag that was left in error was completely gone through. Pros (+) The breakfast and views were good.
Cons (-) The pull out couch is horrible. It is barely a mattress. We chose Embassy Suites for our family of 5 so that we would have a little more space but for the price point, they should be embarrassed at the quality of mattress.

Cons (-) It was going through major renovations that we were not told about before arriving. Also the construction was scheduled to be from 9am-5pm but it started before 9am and finished after 5pm.

Cons (-) I called to extend my room. The agent told me that there were no rooms available, but when I checked online at their website they still had open rooms. I'm still not sure why I was declined to extend my stay. Also, we were unable to lower the air below 68 degrees in our room, and the shower took at least 10 minutes to get hot. Needless to say I will not be back to this location.

Cons (-) The woman who checked us in didn't seem to know what she was doing, but tried acting like she did. She charged our card for $489. When I told her we booked the room for $299 she said, "whatever I have on my computer is what you booked it for". I had to go back later that evening to have someone else adjust it. He was very friendly and saw that it was their mistake within seconds.
