I love everything about this place. Close to everything downtown, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, great updates in rooms, awesome bar/restaurant and staff has always been amazing. I’ve stayed here 3 separate times. On top of it all, number one reason I stay is my can come and there is no pet fee.
Pros (+) This is our favorite hotel in Denver! Great location, extremely comfortable stay, the staff is wonderful, the hotel is beautiful.
Cons (-) Our bath-tub and sink were slow to drain, we've stayed here several times and have never had this problem, we notified the front desk.
Pros (+) The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We loved having a balcony.
Cons (-) The elevators were a bit dated, but it's an older building, so it's somewhat expected.
Pros (+) I loved almost everything about my stay. The room and hotel were beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Room service was incredibly fast, and the food was delicious. I was given a corner room as a surprise and that was very, very cool.
Cons (-) I only have a couple minor complaints. To start, there were some stains on the carpet and some chipped paint on the walls. The room also had a funny smell, but I figured it was just "old building" smell. My biggest issue was that I wasn't sure if the balcony was supposed to be private or not. Pros (+) Great location, staff, overt appearance and cleanliness. The staff went above and beyond when they heard my concerns and righted a poor nights sleep. Thank you.
Cons (-) Had a king corner room. Ended up on the 2nd floor. Could hear everything outside due to poor window construction. Shower head was comeing out of the ceiling with plaster on the shower floor. Vanity mirror was cheap had lights out and didn't hold a position and was therefore useless.
