Items will be shipped within 7 days after the completion of the auction. Shipping charges are not included in the bid price and will be a seperate charge. Guns will not be shipped directly to the customer. Customer will provide an authorized gun dealer to have the gun shipped to.

• AGE REQUIREMENT:
o You must be at least 18 years old in order to place a bid
• REGISTERED BIDDER / AUCTION DEPOSIT:
o Bidders are required to make a $100 refundable deposit at the registration window in the front office before bidding. Deposits are refunded if no purchase is made, otherwise it will be applied to the bidders invoice.
o If you use a credit card to make your deposit, it will be pre-authorized for $100.
o There will be a 10% Buyers Premium and State Sales tax added to your purchases.
o Deposits for individuals who do not pay for their auction purchases will not be refunded, and the non-paying customers will not be able to return to the auction until cleared by management.
• ONSITE PREVIEW:
o Guns will only be available for preview for one day preceding the auction.
• ONLINE PREVIEW / BIDDING:
o Online preview is available at www.lvauction.com.
o Online pre-bidding is usually available 24-48 hours prior to the start of the auction.
o Customers who purchase guns online will need to provide an agent close to their location to handle any FFL requirements. Guns will only be shipped from one licensed FFL agent to another.
o Before online customers will be authorized to bid, their credit card on file will be charged $100. This $100 will be refunded to the card on file if no purchases are made, otherwise the charge will be credited toward any purchases.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
o There are no returns or exchanges. All guns are sold as is with all faults, imperfections, omissions and errors in the written description and photography. Las Vegas Auction, their agent, and the auctioneer are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description or photography provided. Verifying the condition and description of the gun is the sole responsibility of the bidder prior to placing any bids.
