Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returning items is your responsibility along with any expenses this will incur. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@locsnco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you of same as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected]
Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on; Hair/beauty products, accessories or tools and extensions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards either. Should these items be returned to our warehouse, we can refuse to refund these returned products.
When will I be refunded?
We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving and inspecting your return. You will be sent a notification email once your refund has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
My item is wrong/faulty, what should I do?
