Refund policy

We appreciate your decision to shop with us. However, if for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return your product to us for a refund or online store credit.

Manchester Warehouse will be happy to honour our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law if any product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error.

 

Our Return Policy

To make a return, please follow these three simple steps.

1. Ensure your return qualifies.

If you've simply changed your mind, returns for a refund must be made within 30 days of receiving your online order. For an online store credit or exchange, returns must also be made within 30 days of receiving your order. In both circumstances, goods must be returned to us in their original condition. 

There is no exchange or refund on ANY CLEARANCE items as well as quilts, mattress toppers & underlays, bedding & pillow protectors, and all-size pillows due to health and hygiene reasons, unless of course, the product is faulty. 2. Contact us for a return authorisation number.

Once you've confirmed your item/s qualify for a return, simply email[email protected] with your Order Number (which can be found in your original order confirmation email) and reason for your return. Once they have approved the return, our team will email you your authorisation number, eParcel label, return shipping cost (any change of mind returns will attract a return postage fee that is the same flat rate as our shipping cost to your state or territory. For more information on the relative rate for your state or territory, please click here) and any additional information. We also ask that you do the following when repacking your return:

  • Goods are to be returned to us in their original condition. We prefer that you don't try and re-pack the product/s, but we do request that you include all original packaging, including any cardboard inserts. Returns sent without all original packaging or damaged packaging will have a 20% restocking fee applied.
  • If the item is a gift, your very generous friend or relative will need to complete the return form.
  • Please print and fill in our return form, including the authorisation number you have received, and include it inside your parcel. Attach the eParcel return label and place your return into a red Australia Post box (if size permits) or lodge it at your local post office. If you do not have a printer, please include the following information on a slip of paper inside your parcel:
    • Authorisation Number
    • Original Order Number
    • Full Name
    • Email and/or Phone Number
    • Reason for return:
      • Change of Mind
      • Incorrect Item Received
      • Faulty
      • Item did not match image/description
      • Arrived too late

3. Return your products to us.

Return your products to us unwashed and unused in a parcel with all the requirements in step two. If you do not wish to use the eParcel label provided, we recommend you register your return parcel as we will not be held liable if items are lost in transit.

Faulty Items Policy

At Manchester Warehouse, we’re obsessed with quality and pride ourselves on making your Manchester Warehouse product experience the best possible. If you find a fault on a product you have purchased with us online, please contact our Online Customer Service Team via email [email protected] or call us on 1300 722 941 (Option 1). Please advise the item you are returning, so that a replacement can be put aside for you, or if you wish for an online store credit/full refund. You will also be issued an authorisation number, and an eParcel label (free return postage) via email.

Please ensure the item is returned with the following:

Once your parcel is received in our warehouse, the exchange, credit or refund will be processed. Should you choose to have the product replaced, the subsequent postage of your replacement order will be free of charge.



Bulky Items Policy

Please note that some of our products are classified as bulky items, including but not limited to furniture, rugs and bed heads.

Please choose carefully when purchasing any products that are defined as bulky furniture. We will honour a change of mind in line with our above return policy, however, the following points also apply:

  • The return of bulky items must be organised by the customer, and any associated freight costs will be incurred at the customer's expense. This cost will depend on your chosen courier service and location.
  • The goods must remain in their original condition to obtain a refund.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.
