Arrow Space is one of Dribble & Spitz's microgames in both the Sci-Fi folder in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! and the Fantasy stage from the Mash League in WarioWare Gold. Its name is a portmanteau of "arrow" and "aerospace," and it shares its music and setting with Ninja Vision.

Gameplay[edit]

The player controls Tiny Ninja, who is standing in front of a wall. They can move left and right. Various arrows fly upward in the background, stay off screen for a bit, then then fall down in front of the wall. The positions of the arrows when landing matches their arrangement when rising, but the spacing will be different given the arrows are drawn smaller while in the background. Tiny Ninja must avoid the arrows. If an arrow lands on Tiny Ninja, the microgame is lost.

WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$![edit]

  • 1st level difficulty: There are 11 arrows and the gap is 5 arrows wide.
  • 2nd level difficulty: There are 12 arrows and the gap is 4 arrows wide.
  • 3rd level difficulty: There are 13 arrows and the gap is 3 arrows wide.

WarioWare Gold[edit]

In WarioWare Gold, the 2nd level difficulty is based on the microgame Drywall Dodge from WarioWare: Twisted! There are no arrows, dodging the wall panels is the only obstacle. The 3rd level difficulty combines both microgames, with both arrows and wall panels.

  • 1st level difficulty: 12 arrows fall down and the gap is 4 arrows wide.
  • 2nd level difficulty: 11 wall panels fall over and the gap is 5 panels wide.
  • 3rd level difficulty: Both arrows and panels fall down. Combinations can be: 5 arrows plus 4 panels; 5 arrows plus 6 panels; and 3 arrows plus 5 panels. Arrows land before panels fall, and arrows become inert on contact with the ground.

Appearance in the Super Smash Bros. series[edit]

One of the 9 microgames of the WarioWare, Inc. stage in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Arrow Space in Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Arrow Space reappears as a microgame in the WarioWare, Inc. stage of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Like the actual microgame, players must avoid the arrows to win. They have significantly more room to do so, as they can go out of the play area which the ninja is trapped in. (The ninja being struck by an arrow does not affect whether the characters can win.)
