The Cellular Shopper is an item in Mario Party 3 and Super Mario Party Jamboree. It allows the user to buy an item from an Item Shop directly from either Toad or Baby Bowser (in Mario Party 3) or the red-shelled Koopa Troopa (in Jamboree) from anywhere on the board. It costs five coins to buy at Toad's shop in Mario Party 3, where it is also Princess Daisy's favorite item. The Cellular Shopper can be obtained either from an Item Bag or an Item Space in Super Mario Party Jamboree, or as an optional starting item in Pro Rules.
