When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this number to follow your order on the shipping company's website.
Orders are typically shipped the same day or within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
You can find expected shipping times and available options on the product page. Delivery methods include home delivery or pickup at the nearest service point, depending on availability in your location.
Use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email to follow your order.
We sincerely apologize if your order has been cancelled by mistake. Common reasons for cancellation include:
Payment issues or insufficient funds The most common issue is that your bank or payment provider has stated to us that you do not have sufficient funds. Please check your account and try placing a new order.
Risk of fraud We are using a fraud protection system to automatically detect high-risk purchases. This could, for example, be that you use an incorrect email address, purchasing multiple orders frequently, paying with a credit card belonging to someone else, that you reside in another country than where the credit card was issued or where you want to ship the product.
Risk of re-selling We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders that are assumed to have an intent to re-sell, so if you as a consumer have ordered multiple products the order will be cancelled automatically in our systems.
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't started the shipping process yet, we can try to cancel it for you.
To request a cancellation, reach out to us via chat. Since orders move fast to the warehouse, we can't always guarantee a cancellation.
If we are unable to cancel it in time, no worries—you can return the shipment for a full refund.
Incomplete order
