The Martin County Board of County Commissioners invites you to attend the State of the County Address on Thursday, February 20 at Palm City New Hope, 3900 SW Citrus Blvd in Palm City. Join us as we take a look back at the highlights and accomplishments of 2024. Refreshments will be served. RSVP by February 13.
Mangrove Nature Walk
Join Explore Natural Martin on Monday, February 10, at 9 a.m. at Peck Lake Park as we explore this beautiful coastal preserve and learn about one of the most unique ecosystems you will encounter in Florida. Make your way through a mangrove forest as we learn what makes these trees so special. This is a free program, but registration is required.
Martin CARES 2025
Registration is now open for Martin CARES (Citizens Academy and Resource Education Series), an award-winning program that offers a behind-the-scenes look at Martin County government. Over a six-week period, participants will enjoy a variety of field trips and presentations. Find out how you can participate in our next session!
Call to Artists MPMF Upland Facility
Martin County’s Art in Public Places program is seeking proposals from professional artists in the region for two distinct elements: a mosaic mural and complementary wayfinding signage to be installed at the newly constructed Manatee Pocket Mooring Field upland facility in Port Salerno, Florida.

Beach Fire Permits
Beach fire permits are now available! Beach fires are permitted from November-February (non-turtle nesting season), from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. with a permit (in designated fire pits only) at Stuart Beach.
