SISU is an international truck manufacturing company. It was founded over 77 years ago in 1931 and built their first factory in Finland. However they soon spread their marketing actions throughout Europe and overseas. Nowadays, over 170 employees work for the company which boasts a turnover of over 100 million Euros a year.
SISU produces and markets tailored made trucks in over 40-ton gross vehicle load class to provide group of clients with a yearly production of 500 high quality vehicles. Among the Sisu Trucks customers there is UN organization to whom military vehicles are sold. Another renowned customer is Ust Ilimsk, the biggest international forestry organization in Russia which has recently purchased 91 timber trucks in order to service their operations in the Irkutsk region.
