Refund policy

Our return policy extends for a duration of 10 days from the moment you receive your item, providing you ample time to request a return if needed.

Important: For orders completed through Cash On Delivery, shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

EXCLUSIONS / ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
Please note that innerwear items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

EXCHANGING ITEMS:
Should you wish to expedite the acquisition of your desired item, the swiftest approach is to return the existing item. After your return is approved, you can then proceed to make a distinct purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, an automatic refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be mindful that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may entail some time.
